I'm signing because electricity and service non existent both for supply of electricity, accounts, services and complaints. I see people's money for prepaid being stolen once they load on the meter, and council tells them to buy more. It's a nightmare going in. Have to stand all day for help, and then service is poor, slap dash and couldn't care less attitude. As I'm subsidising poorer areas for electricity can I not at least get a better and improved service delivery.

Parks are not being cut, grass, sand and rubbish overflowing into roads. Gutters not being cleaned. Can I stop paying my rates and taxes. I can then organise grass cutters and have the roads repaired. That's another issue. Pot holes in Northmead a disgrace.

There are far too many outages happening which are actually endangering people's lives. Apart from my own mother being dependent on oxygen I know of at least another 4 people within the block that are also dependent. Not everyone can afford to buy/run a generator to keep oxygen going and most are bedridden in any case. Over and above that are the dangers to drivers and pedestrians with traffic lights going out of order, lost revenue to businesses that are struggling already as they try to get back on their feet and keep people employed.

I live in pine street Northmead and my compliant is that load shedding does not happen as per schedules. So we cannot plan anything. Besides this every time we have load shedding on B4 the next phase is B6 where the water tower is. Which means we don't have water in pine street . So we have double shedding first electricity then water.
Please surely a generator could be put in at the water Tower.
We understand loadshedding will happen but please help us plan for it

When everyone was at home using double the amount of electricity in Northmead we barely had any power outages but when power is being used less we get more power outages then we still get loadshedding on top of that. The continuous electricity outages due to overloading of old equipment that council has failed to maintain and upgrade over the last 20 years is intolerable.
