Advocate for Fair Compensation and Quality Standards in AIA Internet Sales

Petition: Advocate for Fair Compensation and Quality Standards in AIA Internet Sales

To: Derek Elsrod, VP of Sales

We, the undersigned, are reaching out to express our collective concerns regarding the current sales requirements and compensation structure for AIA internet accounts. As sales professionals dedicated to driving results while upholding customer satisfaction, we believe the existing policies present significant challenges that must be addressed for the benefit of both the company and its employees.

Key Concerns:

1. Unrealistic Sales Requirements:

The mandate to sell two AIA internet accounts to qualify for full commissions places undue pressure on consultants. This requirement, combined with low product demand, detracts from our ability to focus on solutions that better align with customer needs.

2. Inadequate Compensation:

The current payout of $10 per AIA account is not reflective of the effort and time required to sell the product. This structure is demotivating and creates a misalignment between our contributions and the rewards received.

3. Quality Concerns with AIA Internet:

With average speeds of 10 Mbps or less, AIA internet often fails to meet the expectations of today’s customers. Selling a subpar product leads to increased cancellations, harming both customer trust and the company’s long-term reputation.

Our Requests:

Reevaluate the commission structure to ensure fair compensation for AIA internet sales.

Address the quality concerns surrounding AIA internet, improving speeds and reliability to meet customer expectations.

Reduce the two-sale requirement or provide alternative paths to achieving full commissions that reflect the realities of the product’s marketability.

As sales professionals, we are committed to the company’s success, but we firmly believe these adjustments are essential to maintaining morale, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.

By signing this petition, we collectively advocate for leadership to address these concerns and implement changes that support both our team and our customers.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to working together toward a solution.
