I’m signing this because we are in the middle of a major housing crisis and this is a piece of unused and unusable land belonging to the hurling club which if sold will benefit the club and therefore the wider community in terms of the facilities they support and also benefit the community in terms of more houses being available to house families.(Cork, 2020-01-09)

I support this planning application as it will benefit the Blackrock Community in terms of improved facilities.The piece of land in question is a triangular piece of scrub land that is an eye sore and has never been used for any sporting activity in the club's history.
