IT IS TRUE THAT EROSION CAN AND IN THIS MATTER IS DUE TO PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC, HAVING SAID THAT, IT IS LAWFUL, WE ALL HAVE THE RIGHTS TO ACCESS THIS AND OTHER COMMON LANDS.

HOWEVER, I TRUST THAT YOU WILL CONSIDER THE OTHER, ACCESS TO THIS COMMON IS ALSO BY CYCLE AND HORSES, I WILL  OFFER MYSELF TO CHALLENGE WHEN I STATE THAT THE LATTER ARE UNLAWFUL, RURAL COMMON AND IS PEDESTRIAN, IT IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC HIGHWAY.

NOW CONSIDER ALSO, THE INTRODUCTION OF CATTLE, THESE WEIGH FROM 500LBS UPWARDS, HOW MUCH EROSION/DAMAGE WOULD YOU CONSIDER THEY WILL EFFECT WHAT IS ACKNOWLEDGED AS FRAGILE SOIL ON HARTLEBURY COMMON, IF PEDESTAIN TRAFFIC IS SEEN AS THE MAIN CULPRIT AT THE MOMENT, WHAT EFFECT IS THE INTRODUCTION OF CATTLE GOING TO CONTRBUTE TO FURTHER EROSION?

THIS COMMON LAND IS OPEN PUBLIC ACCESS, THE CATTLE ARE UNLAWFUL, YOU CHOOSE.
