Daruka das - Dan Reid, murderer, killed Chakradhari (St. Denis), then buried the body beneath a stream bed near New Vrindaban. Drescher later poured acid on the grave site. When Tirtha thought of a plan to kill Chakradhari, he knew he would need help. Dan Reid (Daruka das) was the office boy to Howard Fawley (Dulal Chandra das), the multimillionaire office manager of the New Vrindaban criminal empire. dulal was a megalomaniac that had funded and escaped from the Prasadam Distributors Inc (PDI) drug bust on the left coast. Daruka's wife Vrisni, was having sex with Chakradhari and Daruka wanted him dead for that. He didn't want him dead bad enough to do it, but he had agreed to help tirtha get rid of the body if tirtha would do it. now all it needed was "spiritual sanction".

Daruka was the one who called Chakradhari for the meeting when he was murdered, and he was also the one who ran inside the house to bring Tirtha a kitchen knife and screw driver after Tirtha ran out of bullets.

Devamrita Swami / dev swa / Jaya matsya /
Devamrita Swami, a very arrogant and aggresive type, excessively confrontational, saying in one of his lectures: "married women are private toilets, unmarried women are public toilets". Since he was born of such a women, one needs not wonder, why he has so much shit in his brain!

Devamrita has been rubberstamped as a guru within iskcon and has been the leader of Australia, New Zealand, and New Vrindaban when all the abuse occured. Formerly one of Kirtanananda's henchman during Kirtanananda's homosexual pedophile worship glory days, where he was dressed up as a franciscan monk. Stayed with Kirtanananda even after his expulsion from ISKCON for criminal activities. He has also been involved in the abuse of some Australian Hare Krishna Devotees in 1994 when he attempted to set up his own movement. He encouraged his Australian and New Zealand followers use false social security cards to secure donations claiming the donations were to feed starving children in India. Instead he kept the money and used it for his own gain and sensegratification.

Dhira govinda das, David Wolf
head man of CPO Child Protection Office, provides more misinformation than most as one of ISKCON's psychiatric counselors, alleging to be able to speak for constituents he less than fairly represents. long time exponent of the wide variety of schemes that ISKCON has proposed to make the child abuse scandal go away. developer of the "declare a victory" strategy which has each ISKCON front organization (children of KRISHNA, etc.) declaring a victory at having captured the moral high ground, from which they can preach down to those found to be spiritually inferior by ISKCON's hierarchy. Gopinath das / Ronald Nay (Radha Vrindaban Chandra Swami, RVC Swa)

A tall gaunt individual of italian ancestry from the south philly area, Bhagavat came to Kirtanananda Swami first when he heard. Kirtanananda Swami came to know bhagavat's mind well enough to know that one of them must leave. Now that killing was an accepted option at new Vrindaban, Bhagavat favoured that option. either the perpetrator or the victim was going to have to leave, and the sympathies were clearly with the adult pedophile and not with the abused child. Kirtanananda Swami gave up his palace sculptor to protect his twice fallen former gurukula headmaster. These guys give new meaning to the term "headmaster".

orchestrated the settlement of the gang rape of a 14 year old girl by four Radhanath disciples at NV in 2005. the settlement had this girl move to the front of the line, receiving her settlement payment check before anyone else so that she would not testify against her attackers, thereby putting a halt to the criminal proceedings. the community then tried to forcibly expel the young girl and her mother and even used the threats of violence against these defenseless women. the crud balls who raped her were moved by their gurudev Radhanath back to india, with the exception of the malaysian passport holding, chandra das. he went to long island and was part of NV takeover attempt at the LI temple.

Hobson, Amy
Amy Hobson and her aunt Janet Reno infiltrated New Vrindaban just like the US military infiltrated iraq. She slept her way all the way up to being the spokesperson for the New Vrindaban community at the very time that the child abuse allegations were being investigated by a bogus New Vrindaban justice department internal investigation, headed by its current secretary Nityo Dita Swami (Carlos Ordonez, Secretary of COH, INC).

Amy Hobson is an initiated disciple of Radhanath. She is the niece of the former attorney general of the US and she was used by the US justice department to sleep her way to the top of the NV food chain in1992 when her aunt took over ed meese's ongoing campaign against the KRISHNA compound. the republican ouster from national politics put the anti-cult operation in the hands of janet reno and her niece was used as an operative to infiltrate the WV compound.

She clearly knows details she is not revealing, and is subtly trying to threaten Janmashtami to keep quiet or face the consequences. Why else would she mention such a thing? Let her identify "the strong contingent of persons" who informed her of this inside information so we can have a list of the criminals involved in this case. Unfortunately the list of names will include Radhanatha Swami, Devamrita Swami, Candramauli Swami and herself, so she will never give us that information. Such hypocrisy, seeing that they are surrounded by murderers, pedophiles, homosexuals and drug addicts.

Why would Malati be intimately involved in canvassing for a murderers release from prison unless she was involved in the conspiracy to murder Sulochan.

Muni's specialty was the vrndaban village estate time share cabins. he would rent people a cabin for memorial day, july fourth, or labor day weekends. he would show you the substandard facilities NV was offering, BUT if you wanted to pay upwards of $ 2,000 per weekend, the cabin would be "yours for life". "yours" and the other 50-60 people that they rented it to for those same weekends. actually the 60 to 80 cabins that were required to fill those commitments did not exist and never would exist but the same six cabins that were already rented out, three times over, would be offered as bait. "it serves those crows right!", muni would say as he spoke freely and derisively of his third world benefactors. the plan had been in operation for about 5 years and the number of cabins barely increased.

Nimai Bryant, the son of Sulochan (murdered victim) – In November of 1986 Sulochan's son, Nimai Bryant, mysteriously drowns at New Vrindavan, just months after his father was murdered. He was just three years old and he didn't have any past habit of entering the water at all. Coincidentally, as mentioned above, Chakradhari's son also died mysteriously at new Vrindavan (in 1984) just months after his father was murdered by Tirtha Das. His son was found suffocated inside an abandoned refrigerator. Is it merely a coincidence that the two people Tirtha murdered also had their sons die mysteriously within a few months of their father's being killed? It is much more likely that the conspiracy leader ordered the sons to be killed, knowing that they would grow up to avenge their father's murders, likely killing the New Vrindavan leaders responsible. Tirtha was in prison at the time of the drowning, so there were many other murderers at the command of New Vrindavan's leaders. Randall Gorby had also been killed while Tirtha was in prison, as well as Todd Schenker.

NITYODITA DASA, Nityo Dita Swami, (Carlos Ordonez, C. Ordonez nityodita das, nityo, nit)
Secretary of COH, INC (Cathedral of Healing), fallen Kirtanananda Swami sanyassi who was Kirtanananda Swami's towel boy for two years on those bi-monthly world tours. author of the "travels with Srila bhaktipada" journals documented in NV's brijabasi spirit. A convert to Radhanath-ism, Nityodita is a charter member of the heman woman haters club, but he has since renounced that renunciation to serve his trinidad disciples more completely. two years as personal servant to Kirtanananda Swami inspired his autobiographical essay series "on tour with bhaktipada", highlighting their jet set adventures.

Nityodita conducted the first prins rape investigations, found out some of those prins raped and then saw to it that the victims were exiled, in defense of prins who left Kirtanananda Swami to become a Radhanath disciple. nityodita then orchestrated the cover-up attempt to defend prins, until the arranged plea bargain had prins pleading guilty to raping three adult women and three teenage girls. all the assaults on the infants go unpunished, undocumented and unapologized. nityo dita swami is currently working on nityo's palace of pleasure, a three story fornication facility that has cost more money and taken more time to build than the original Palace.

had been getting sexual with the daughter of Randall Gorby, a New Vrindaban board member through all the glory years, PB and Muni beat it to florida as the wheels came of the New Vrindaban jaganath cart. As leader of the brahmachari ashram, he knew all the details of the Taru killing, but he took that information to the grave with his body. PB was more of a player than most people realize, his sexual indiscretions with a local girl contributing more to the sulocan murder than all the feeble attempts at surveillance that New Vrindaban undertook.
"marrying her is my sankirtan! she's worth millions and I will be turning it in as soon as i get some. get my meaning?", PB had joked with the brahmachari ashram at the buffalo temple. as a charter member of the he man woman haters club back at "the top", PB had feared humiliation at the hands of those he had formerly humiliated when he was "the top of the top". a notorious woman beater, PB knew better than to hit his own wife. the buffalo temple would later close under the mismanagement provided by PB and Lenny Rader {Narada Muni das, "muni"} and their very shady, enron-like accounting procedures. their highly unorthodox beekeeping practices, under their 501(c)3 requirements are also highly illegal.

Radheya, son of Chakradhari (murdered victim) and Rohini (son of murder accomplice Daruka) – Just month's after Tirtha killed Chakradhari, Chakradhari's son is found suffocated in an abandoned refrigerator. Guess who else is found dead in the same refrigerator? Rohini, the son of Daruka, who was Tirtha's murder accomplice in the killing of Chakradhari. Tirtha had decided to kill the only eye witness, his murder partner Daruka (because he knew where the body was – no body, no case). But in this instance, the chance to kill Daruka's son along with Chakradhari's son came conveniently along before he acted to kill Daruka. After killing the kids, Tirtha was stopped from taking out Daruka because Bhaktipada didn't approve. This later proved to be a big mistake for Tirtha, as Daruka was the main witness against him in the Chakradhari murder trial.

Randall Gorby – (murdered victim) Randall had worked for and with the Krishna's on a number of occasions concerning the land scam. Randall Gorby was the person Kirtanananda used to buy up all the land surrounding New Vrindavan. Since the locals didn't want to sell their land to devotees, Kirtanananda paid Randall to secretly buy the land on the devotee's behalf. As a result New vrindavan grew to over 3,000 acres. But in the end he was rewarded for this work with a bullet to his head.

After his daughter had been getting sexual with one of the Krishna's, (PB - Param brahma das, Paul Ferry) Randall Gorby became angry and started to work against them. Randall Gorby was a typical west viginia hillbilly and if someone was having sex with his daughter, that person was going to get a shotgun put against their back. After Randall had found out about the abuse of his daughter, he was livid and wanted revenge. He started to work together with the FBI investigation and thought of this as a way to get even.

Randall finally became an FBI informant who was the chief witness against Tirtha in several of the trials. Tirtha had loose lips, and would often brag about his crimes to friends. As soon as Randall heard about the murders, he contacted the FBI and agreed to have his phone tapped (thereby becoming an FBI informant). Gorby was found killed in his pickup truck in July of 1990 with a gunshot wound to his head. Looks like he wouldn't make it to testify against Kirtanananda in the big trial, would he?

Randall Gorby had already survived a murder attempt by New Vrindavan hitmen in 1986. The day after Tirtha had been arrested Randall Gorby's house blew up, leaving him in critical condition. The official statement was that someone opened up his gas line and filled his house with gas. When he lit a cigarette, the entire house exploded and became a pile of fiery rubble, with him in it. Kirtanananda's public answer: he must have been trying to get free gas by bypassing the gas meter.

Some people say he was also connected with the Philadelphia temple. I'm sure Ravindra Svarupa remembers him, at least the "him" before there was a bullet in his head. There was one other murder attempt on Randall Gorby which occurred on May 28, 1986 . Ravindra Svarupa knows more details about that one.

Raghunath das - RALPH SEWARD - "ragu" president and director of JAGA, inc a real estate holding company New Vrndaban's paid bookkeeper, accused of abuse in Dallas and at New Vrindaban schools, with a one tear hiatus between schools in an opium den in LA with his black gay roommate, invited to NV by headmaster Sri Galima, do the revenues still come from the restaurant and the gurukula tuitions?, named but not protected in "the lawsuit", can still be sued, as they all can, on "an individual basis".

Ramananda, a malaysian thug and his prostitute consort, had been recruited by Chandra das to Kirtanananda Swami's cause. Kirtanananda Swami gave them the initiated names Ramananda das and Chitra dasi. Ramananda immediately started a land takeover attempt. As long as the Kirtanananda was pushed aside to give you more zone to guru in, you didn't mind who stayed in power. Kuladri, Tapahpunja, Nityodita, Radhanatha Swami, Malati, Candramauli Swami, Varshana Swami, Umapati Swami – every last one was promoted by you! How does that work? In exchange for pushing Kirtanananda aside, you promoted all of his leading criminal henchmen to power – plus you got a cut of the money. Sweet! We get Bhavananda in Mayapur, Ravindra in Philly, and Radhanatha in New Vrindavan. Now the nectar is flowing.

Sri-Galima was from a wealthy san antonio cattle baron family and had never held a real job in his entire life. he would later use his family's ill gotten gains to buy himself a pass in the first child abuse trial to involve New Vrindaban inmates, which wound up sending Sri-Galima's first victim to prison for six months.

Sri-Galima had befriended a young boy who came to New Vrindaban who spoke no english. since Sri-Galima spoke fluent spanish, the youth was put under his direct care and supervision. after six years of being trained by Sri-Galima, the assistant started to have his own similar kinds of relationships. when the duo was arrested, the youth had just turned eighteen and was charged as an adult offender. the adult pedophile, Gary Gardiner (Sri-Galima) was able to make all the charges against him go away in a sealed plea agreement that cost him $ 60,000. the "fee" was paid to west virginia state supreme court justice Klackley for making the entire thing go away for Sri-Galima without even one days incarceration. his minor aged assistant was tried as an adult and served a six month sentence. Sri-Galima had been protected throughout the period by his exile to india and then to malaysia after word got around india that he was another one of Kirtanananda Swami's foreign legion and not just a spiritual seeker.

Sri-Galima had gone back to the states in a very sweet deal that his father and Radhanath had worked out. from his malaysian hideout, he had hired a lawyer to negotiate on his behalf. his "lawyer" was a WVU law professor named Klackley. the lawyer was a black WV statesupreme court justice. he was the chief justice of the west virginia state supreme court. AND he was in private practice. and for the incredibly reasonable legal fee of $60,000 US dollars all of this was reduced to signing a paper and walking out of the courthouse a free man. legally free, maybe, but karma-free, well let's just say, there's more chance of having a snowball fight in hell.

Sri-Galima (a homosexual) needed a wife for the same reason michael jackson married lisa marie presley. it conveyed a heterosexual image that would be helpful if this ever came before a jury. (cover up for being gay) The mentality was that women were only toilets that you did your business in (pissing and shitting in it) and then walked away from. Sulochan Das, Steven Bryant (murdered victim) – Killed by Tirtha Das on the order of Radhanatha Swami in 1986. This has already been discussed in detail in previous articles, so we will not get into it here. As mentioned above, his son is also killed just months after he was murdered.

Sulocana Prabhu, who had had his wife and children taken away by Kirtanananda's nasty manipulations, was blamed for this head-bashing by Triyogi dasa. Sulocana had written the ground-breaking expose "The Guru Business" (still available on line) and was known as the sworn enemy of Kirtanananda. In "The Guru Business", the guru-fraud perpetrated by the GBC post November 1977 is documented along with Kirtanananda's deep-seated sexual predilections. Triyogi's attack was thought to have been inspired by Sulocana Prabhu.

While Kirtanananda lay recovering in hospital, Radhanatha decided to murder Sulocana. Tapa Punj would oversee the murder. Tirtha, with Janmastami as assistant/driver, would be the killer. Tirtha had proven himself with his murder of Chakranadi, and Janmastami had military experience in Vietnam. This plan went up the line to Kirtanananda in hospital who gave approval. Kuladri at the bedside of Kirtanananda had already consulted with Radhanatha and through Kuladri news of the plan reached the other leaders of New Vrindaban: Malati, Devamrita, Candramauli, and Umapati. However, at the same time, Tirtha was letting the cat out of the bag by informing various persons, such as Yudhistra in L.A., of the coming murder. Tirtha's line was that the murder was bona fide as Kirtanananda was a pure devotee and it would be a devotional plus to assist.

The rent is less than the taxes, therefore, ISKCON exists to pay taxes for this fallen sanyassi's gardening projects.

Taru Das, Thomas Meyers (murdered victim) frequent writer for Back To Godhead and Brijbasi Spirit – disappeared without a trace in November of 1980. The FBI has been searching for his body for 25 years without any luck. Everyone knew he was murdered, but without a body the FBI has no case. How would the FBI ever find his body under all that concrete? The Palace of Gold had been opened in 1979, but there was still plenty of construction going on to cover a body or two. Ravindra Svarupa, were you the one who made the deal with the FBI not to dig up Prabhupada's Palace of Gold to look for bodies? What was the other deal you made, something about not seizing New Vrindavan's drug money? That money disappeared pretty quickly with the creative accounting at New Vrindavan. Tirtha das - Thomas Drescher, Murderer
Tirtha was Radhanath's paid assassin. For the murder of Sulocana he received 80'000 US Dollars. He said he placed the sticker, which said "Are we having fun yet?" on the van of Stephen Bryant (Sulocana das) before tracking him down in 1986 in Los Angeles, where he shot Bryant twice in the head. Drescher testified he carried out the assassination at the wish of his spiritual leader, Swami Bhaktipada (Keith Ham) "You have to understand that in my mind, it wasn't murder. It was dispatching an undesirable element from the community," Drescher said.

Drescher is the prosecution's star witness against Bhaktipada, who is on trial on six counts of mail fraud, three counts of racketeering, and one count each of conspiracy and interstate travel to commit murder for hire. In its indictment, the government said Bhaktipada used two murders, a kidnapping threats and beatings to maintain control of the illegal business scams that raised more than $ 10 million between 1981 and 1985 at the New Vrindaban community near Moundsville in West Virginia's Northern Panhandle.

In summary, New Vrindavan was a terrible criminal empire that engaged in every type of illegal activity, and openly killed anyone who got in the way, even if they happened to be lawyers, government officers or devotees. For example, the FBI says Tirtha planned to kill attorney Dave Gold because he was representing a party in a property dispute against Kirtanananda. Tirtha had been overheard bragging that he had followed Gold into the forests at night on several occasions, but the only reason he didn't kill him yet was because he didn't find a good spot for it.

Tirtha is one of three people who had been ordered by Radhanath to kill Sulocan, the two others are Tapahpunja Swami and Janmashtami das.The FBI has also said that Tirtha planned to kill the Marshall County Assessor, Alfred Clark, because he was attempting to levy heavier taxes on the commercial aspects of New Vrindavan.

Umapati offered other special favors to murderer Tirtha Das, for example initiating him into the sannyasa order in August of 1987, even after he had been convicted of murdering devotees by a court of law. Umapati Swami personally went inside the prison and performed the sannyasa initiation of Tirtha, acting as a ritvik priest on behalf of Kirtanananda.

Jeff Cornia (Yudhisthir das) was forced to marry an attorney to prepare a legal defense. his wife, Radha Cornia, represented ISKCON in some of the earlier lawsuits against the organization. Radhanath had made his pitch to at least a half a dozen sets of sympathetic ears before someone raised these Gita related questions:

“How have these impurities come upon you? They are not at all befitting a man who knows the progressive values of life.”
“The words existent and non-existent refer only to spirit and matter. Why worry?”
“How can a person who knows that the soul is indestructible, unborn, eternal, and immutable, kill anyone or cause anyone to kill?”

Tough questions, but from a submissive audience. Radhanath was undaunted. He quoted Krishna in his response to a potentially explosive volley of inquiry: “Everything has its proper utility, and a man situated in complete knowledge knows how and where to apply a thing, so there is no possibility of sinful reaction. Also, considering your specific duty as a ksatriya…”

That settled it. The order was there from your bona-fide spiritual authority and it was based on scripture, directly from Krishna. Either you followed those instructions or you were going to hell!

“The next day Bhaktipada, along with Radhanath, drove up in my driveway in Bhaktipada’s vehicle and tooted the horn for me to come outside. When I came to the car we engaged in some small talk, I don’t remember what. And then Bhaktipada asked me if I had six thousand dollars cash in the house. And I said, “I don’t know. I will see if you want.” He told me to go in and see if I had six thousand dollars.

I went in the house and went into my safe and . . . I counted out six thousand dollars and brought it out to him, and handed it in through the window. I don’t remember if I gave it to Radhanath and he passed it to Bhaktipada, or I gave it directly to Bhaktipada. The mood was a little bit strained, and I said, “What is this? So they [Tirtha and Tapahpunja] can get out of the country?” And Bhaktipada and Radhanath smiled and nodded their heads: “Yes.” And then they said, “Hey, we’ve got to go,” and they left.

I am writing in response to Rocana prabhu’s article about Radhanath Swami (Richard Slavin), son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald and Idelle Slavin, a middle class Jewish family from Chicago. As he grew into a teenager, Richie did what many young Jewish teenagers did – he migrated into the Hippie counter-culture and made his way to India. Even to this very day, thousands of young Jewish teenagers head to India in search of drugs, sex and pseudo-spirituality. It was the sixties, and so young Richie followed the old Hippie trail that led so many other social misfits into the Himalayas, to places such as Hrisikesh, Varanasi, Kullu Manali and of course Goa. All of them playing at being renounced, wearing the uniform of a Hippie, experimenting in drugs, sex and pseudo-spiritualism. Nothing has changed, really.

In the 60's, the idea of a Hippie was to renounce worldly possessions and to dress in threadbare attire, have dreadlocks, take drugs and stuff like that, but they were also interested in getting high on mystical spiritualism. In this way young Richie was no different than other young Jewish Hippies who had renounced mainstream society. Still to this very day, Richie, now known as Radhanatha Swami, although donning the garb of a Sannyasi, has a very similar counter-culture mentality about clothes and possessions. Old Hippies never die.

I was amazed at how he set the stage for his Television interview with an appeal for sympathy at an alleged act of discrimination levelled against him for being a child of Jewish extraction. For many years now, being Jewish does not put a person on the top of the list of people being discriminated against. From my experience growing up in the states, Jewish people have much more opportunity and status than most minorities, what to speak of run of the mill majorities.

That fact that he was not able to remember the age in which this incident occurred also casts some doubt into my mind if he was telling the truth. Perhaps he was nervous and so he forgot his well rehearsed lines…

Richard Slavin joined in 1971 and was initiated by Srila Prabhupada in 1972, and had his second initiation officiated by Kirtanananda. Radhanath’s belief and faith in Kirtanananda was signed sealed and delivered when he later took Sannyasa initiation from Kirtanananda.

Most of his early life as a devotee, Radhanath, was dedicated to and served under Kirtanananda and was independent of ISKCON. Up to as late as 1990 we are all aware that he was still glorifying Kirtanananda, even though he was one of the most offensive and perverted individuals to ever have taken advantage of Srila Prabhupada’s mercy.

The quality of loyalty is good in a person, but this depends on who your loyalty resides with. Radhanath’s loyalty was to the infamous and perverted Kirtanananda. It was unshakeable even after Kirtanananda and his throng of ISKCON philosophically deviant malcontents were unceremoniously kicked out of ISKCON in 1987.

In trying to understand who Radhanath is, as a devotee and follower of Srila Prabhupada, we need to look back on his early history, especially at the time when he first laid eyes on Srila Prabhupada. It is here that we can see his true intentions more clearly. In his Wikipedia advertisement, Richie, Radhanath, is stated to have ‘observed’ Srila Prabhupada in 1971. The term ‘observed’ is very important here in understanding Radhanatha’s mentality towards Srila Prabhupada.

Radhanatha didn’t sit in awe and reverence or anything like that, he simply ‘observed’ Srila Prabhupada. The result of his observations was that he had finally found a guru who could really launch his career as a Spiritualist/Mystic Guru.

Seizing on Srila Prabhupada’s mercy, which in ordinary circumstances is a good thing, Richie apparently forgot about all the other unsubstantiated ‘offers’ (he really believes that he was a good catch for some yogi or guru) that he claims were coming in from various yogis/gurus. These people were obviously nonstarters, but Richie, being a very attentive opportunist, saw his lucky break with Srila Prabhupada. So he headed back to the States, to New Vrindavan, and right into the waiting arms of the pervert Kirtanananda. Like a fly to stool, it seems. Why New Vrindavan? Why did he set his ambitious sights on New Vrindavan?

The New Vrindavan Temple, which was meant to be Srila Prabhupada’s residence but was instead turned into Kirtanananda’s private den of iniquity, was also the temple about which Srila Prabhupada instructed in 1970: “It is a fact however that the great sinister movement is within our Society”. Funny hey… I wonder why Srila Prabhupada mentioned that the great sinister movement is within our society when talking about the activities at New Vrindavan?

Being a part of some very sinister movement aside, who would believe that such a great seeker of anything mystical and spiritual would find themselves in such a hotbed of perversion and depravity, what to speak of philosophical deviation? Who would believe that such a pure soul would find themselves in the middle of scandal and murder conspiracies? Who would believe that such a discriminating soul would find themselves taking side with and being the right hand man of such a demoniac personality as Kirtanananda, the very centre of the rebellion against Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON?

Surely this could not happen to the ‘little Jewish kid’ from Chicago? The one who boldly claims he is a seeker of the truth. Surely not the one who ended up not really wanting a guru, but, wanting a ‘ticket’ to fame and glory? The same one who really only ‘observed’ Srila Prabhupada while he was shopping around, trying to find the best ‘guru’ springboard to use so he could fast track it to becoming a world famous spiritualist new age mystic guru.

Mr. Richard Slavin, being the consummate actor that he is, very quickly developed his on-stage persona known as Radhanath Swami, and began to masquerade as a Sannyasi Guru with a sentimentalist flavour and just enough flare to capture the ‘sentimentalist’. Radhanatha had made good use of not only what he mimicked as an understudy of many Indian gurus and yogis, which included Srila Prabhupada, but also obviously took some tips from his Jewish past as he put to good use Jewish Hora dance movements in his now fully fledged repertoire. You only have to ‘observe’ Radhanath’s dance routine to see this…

But when the chips were down and the turncoat crew from New Vrindavan were being discovered for the murderous, perverted, corrupt bunch of scallywags that they were, he ended up fleeing the country as fast as he could. Funny how he ended up taking shelter of his perverted mentor Kirtanananda’s temple in Bombay. Very cunning indeed, for this clever opportunistic person! Bombay, where many of Kirtanananda’s disciples, who had full and deep pockets, resided. Yes, Radhanath is certainly the clever little fellow.

Gotta give him full credit, somehow or other Radhanath’s bread always ends up butter-side-up, and he was very quick to be ‘reinstated’ back into ISKCON by the similarly corrupted GBC — the ISKCON he only months before preached heavily against, the Society of his so-called guru Srila Prabhupada. Then, again by the blessings of the corrupted GBC, Radhanath meteorically rose to the highest positions in ISKCON, seemingly as a reward for his traitorous and deceitful devotional service to the pure devotee, his guru, his mentor, Srila Prabhupada.

He did not come alone, though. Most of the Sannyasi initiated disciples of Kirtanananda rose with him as well. This included Malati, whose degraded and reprehensible history leaves nothing to the imagination. You can imagine the state of mind of Kirtanananda was in to give Sannyasi initiation to such a debauched person. This displays the decadence of the man.

That is not the full story though. Radhanath’s true intention and plan is being revealed, as he now is openly promoting himself as a Guru in his own right. Making the big time, he no longer has need for Srila Prabhupada. It is he now that is quoted and gives his pearls of wisdom instead of his alleged Guru, Srila Prabhupada, who hardly ranks a mention in Richie’s spiritual journey and in his now high profile Spiritualist Mystic Guru persona.

I wondered at why Radhanath rarely if ever speaks of Srila Prabhupada or ISKCON in his interviews. Out of all the people that he values in his most fantastical spiritual journey of self-discovery, Srila Prabhupada hardly ranks a mention. How many photos are there of Srila Prabhupada in his website? How much does this Radhanatha glorify Srila Prabhupada in his book websites or interviews? It seems to me that he became famous by his own endeavour, which has about as much to do with Srila Prabhupada as the other personalities that he glorifies in his book or websites.
If you were to read his websites, you would hardly find mention of Srila Prabhupada. Here are some excerpts taken from his website, www.RadhanathSwami.com:


“My spiritual teacher Srila Prabhupada and many of the great teachers throughout history have taught us…

I met His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada. And in him I found a connection and an inspiration. In his teachings I found a wisdom that included all that I had learned from these other teachers.

I am still trying to share the precious gifts that he gave me and all of these other great saints, what they have given me…”

Out of approximately six of seven mentions in his website about Srila Prabhupada, Radhanath’s supposed guru, almost half of them place Srila Prabhupada as only one of his teachers… Teacher? Teacher is a generic term really, and it does not indicate one’s surrender to that personality. Radhanath has never alluded to or proven in his life that he has surrendered to anyone except to his self-centred desires, deceit and the pursuit of fame and glory.

Here are his “Teachers”, and it is certainly nice to see him glorify the pure devotee AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada in this collection… Please make note of the placement of Srila Prabhupada in this line up. You may notice that Srila Prabhupada is rather insignificant, and does not even rank main attraction, which is Swami Ram…

It seems to me that Richard Slavin, AKA Radhanath Swami, the discriminated against little Jewish kid from America, made the big time by riding on the back of Srila Prabhupada. But he neglects to give him much credit for his ‘journey home.’ By downplaying Srila Prabhupada’s role in his so-called spiritual journey, he is elevating himself as a self-made spiritualist. No different, really, from the other ragtag band of gurus that have inflicted themselves upon mankind since time immemorial. Cheap trickster comes to mind when I read or hear anything about the man.

He no longer even makes any attempt at glorifying his alleged guru, Srila Prabhupada. If you were to read the introduction to his book you will not see mention of Srila Prabhupada.

What amazes me more is how some long-term devotees are so easily fooled by this man? I can see how neophytes can be fooled into thinking that this man has an ounce of spiritual shakti, but senior Prabhupada disciples?

In truth, how many of us can say that they can trust such a man? All of his private projects are not in ISKCON’s name. He has controlling interest in many ISKCON Temples throughout the world via his disciples. He has independent ashrams in most of these zones where the Brahmacaris are being trained up to be ‘nice devotees’, but are instructed not to associate with the ISKCON devotees in the Temples they are connected to.

Even though he flaunts his independent and offensive program right in front of our faces, still many so-called senior men and women of ISKCON want to be fooled by his thespianship as opposed to his reality. The old adage of “Hiding in plain sight” is very significant with Radhanatha’s persona. Even though it is glaringly obvious and he makes no bones about how Srila Prabhupada hardly ranks a mention in his so-called spiritual life, so many stupid people find him to be a genuine and sincere devotee.

This self-styled/new age/ex Hippie/Mystic Guru/Hora dancing/charlatan is now setting his sights on taking his travelling act onto the world stage of public society life, and launching his career as a stand-up Guru in his own right.

Apart from having gone ‘professional’, Radhanatha is still working his illusionist act all over the world of ISKCON, as he is giving more of his disciples sannyas and encouraging them to take over more and more of ISKCON’s Temples. You can still see his brahmacari Hari nama parties marching in the street as they exit from their secluded bhakta training program ashrams. What are they being trained for? What is the need of being separate from ISKCON Temple programs? What are they waiting for????

Mark my words, Radhanath has a plan, and whatever it is you can bet your bottom dollar it is something megalomaniacal.

“Международное Общество сознания Кришны” (MOCK) [4] очень активно действует в современной России. Российское отделение секты называется “Центр обществ сознания Кришны в России”. MOCK можно охарактеризовать как псевдоиндуистскую синкретическую прозелитствующую постмодернистскую неоязыческую тоталитарную секту.

Распространено мнение, что кришнаиты — хорошие, открытые ребята. Конечно, странные: бреют головы, оставляя запорожский “оселедец” на затылке, ходят в оранжевых занавесках и уж слишком пристают на улице со своими книгами, угодливо заглядывая в глаза, но зато они вегетарианцы и мухи не обидят. Что на них все так “наезжают”? К тому же они — мученики: при советской власти их сажали, а они страдают только за свой пацифизм.

Каждый из вас видел кришнаитов на улицах городов, по телевидению, они давно стали привычной частью нашей жизни. Их любят снимать, они экзотичны и “украшают” собой нашу серую действительность. И правда, если поговорить с этими ребятами, то многие из них производят впечатление чистых и искренних людей. Не сомневаюсь, что многие из рядовых кришнаитов такими и являются. Но вопрос, как всегда, не в личных качествах того или иного сектанта, потому что эти люди — жертвы, а в принципах самого учения. И, конечно, в людях, жертвами которых стали эти ребята, а также в создателях учения: история показала, что по приказу своих руководителей рядовые кришнаиты, не задумываясь, шли на преступления. Кришнаитские книготорговцы, которых вы встречаете на улицах, — жертвы обмана, но они (вольно или невольно) стремятся обмануть и вас.

Обман состоит, например, в том, что кришнаиты представляются как последователи древней (5-тысячелетней) ведической традиции, а также как члены 500-миллионной (или 700-миллионной, или даже миллиардной — своя рука владыка) армии индуизма. Но, во-первых, ведические писания начали складываться около 1500 г. до Р. X., то есть лишь около 3500 лет назад. Во-вторых, индуистский священный текст, на который они ссылаются, — “Бхагавадгита” — вообще не принадлежит к ведам. “Махабхарата”, частью которой является “Бхагавадгита”, — это сравнительно новый индийский эпос, окончательно сложившийся лишь к середине первого тысячелетия по Р. X., а кроме того, кришнаитская книжка “Бхагавад-Гита как она есть” — не более чем адаптированный американизированный пересказ подлинника с комментариями к нему. И в-третьих, сами западные кришнаиты имеют не больше отношения к традиционному индуизму, чем мальчик, воткнувший себе в волосы перья и раскрасивший лицо акварельной краской, к настоящим апачам и могиканам. Известный российский индолог Ирина Глушкова, сотрудник Центра индийских исследований Института востоковедения РАН, писала по этому поводу: “Между Индией наших кришнаитов и реальной Индией такая же разница, как между порошком "Зуко" и соком живого плода”. [5]

Не слишком чистоплотны и приемы, при помощи которых кришнаиты, которых вы видели на улицах, распространяют свою литературу. Их испытанный метод: “Здравствуйте! Вы мне очень понравились, у вас очень интеллигентное лицо— или: “Вы мне кажетесь очень разумным человеком. Мы хотим предложить вам подарок”. И дают книжку в цветастой обложке. Человек берет книжку в руки. Он очень растроган, что ему лично дарят подарок, да еще такую привлекательную на вид книгу! Он благодарит щедрого и очень дружелюбного незнакомца, проявившего к нему, как кажется, неподдельный интерес.

И тут ему говорят: “Не могли бы вы сделать пожертвование на наше благотворительное общество?” Человек спрашивает: “Какое пожертвование?” Ему говорят: “Ну, 200 рублей”. — “Как, эта книжка стоит 200 рублей?” — “Нет, книгу мы вам подарили, но вы сделайте пожертвование на благие цели”. Здесь уже налицо момент психологического насилия: невозможно отказаться, ведь подарок уже принят. А жестко его вернуть вроде неудобно: “Ведь незнакомец был таким вежливым, да еще назвал меня умным и интеллигентным! Не могу же я теперь поступить неинтеллигентно!” Так человек платит 200 рублей за книгу, которую он и за пятерку не купил бы.

Этих милых и искренних ребят натаскивают, чтобы они обманом и бессовестным психологическим шантажом вынуждали людей отдавать им деньги. ОСК издает специальные журналы, которые учат “распространителей” всевозможным способам, как не отстать от человека, покуда он не отдаст деньги; для “симпатичных” уличных книгонош проводятся специальные семинары по методам агрессивной торговли. Между индивидуальными распространителями, между группами санкиртана [6] в одном городе и между различными городами идет постоянное и очень жесткое соревнование: кто распространит больше книг, кто принесет больше денег. И горе тем, которые окажутся в числе проигрывающих... Кришне и обществу его сознания всегда нужны “лакшми” (деньги). И чем больше человек принесет денег, тем больше он любит Кришну и верит в него. Никакие другие обстоятельства существенными быть не могут [7].

К нам поступали сообщения, что кришнаиты ходят по московским квартирам и просят пожертвовать на духовную семинарию, не предупреждая при этом, что семинария эта кришнаитская. И это еще самые невинные их штучки.

Ведь основатель MOCK “великий гуру” Прабхупада учил, что ради Кришны позволительно “трансцендентальное лукавство”. А это оправдывает любой обман и любое мошенничество, в частности и те, о которых сказано выше.

Интересно, что если при разговоре кришнаит узнает, что вы православный, то первым делом он начнет вас упрекать в несоблюдении библейских заповедей. “У вас, дескать, сказано: "не убий", а вы убиваете животных и едите их”. И тут можно долго объяснять, что заповедь эта не относится к животным, что в еврейском языке вообще два различных слова означают “закалывать животных” и “убивать людей”, — ничего из этого не будет услышано: ведь этот аргумент приводил сам Прабхупада, а он никогда не ошибался, потому что человек, достигший такого высокого духовного уровня, в принципе ошибаться не может смысл любой его фразы абсолютен.

Впрочем, главное даже не в этом. Парадоксально, что если, по учению Кришны, животных убивать нельзя, то людей убивать вполне можно, а бывает, что и нужно [8] особенно если они принадлежат к породе ненавидящих Кришну демонов. А если заставить человека в тот момент, когда его убивают, читать мантру “Харе Кришна”, то тогда его дальнейшая судьба, его карма будет сильно улучшена.



2. История появления кришнаитов в СССР в 1971 году весьма подозрительна

Рассмотрим историю МОСК. Она началась В 1966 году с прибытия в Нью-Йорк пожилого монаха-индуса по имени Абхай Чаран Де (1896-1977). Кришнаиты уверяют, что принадлежат к древней индийской традиции. На самом деле начало их традиции было положено в 1966 году этим монахом-саньясином, “скромно” именовавшим себя: “Его Божественная Милость” Шри Шримад Свами Бхактиведанта Шрила Прабхупада [9].

В досектантской биографии Прабхупады немного найдется эпизодов, сравнимых по скандальности с жизнью Хаббарда, Муна или Джозефа Смита. Внешне все было более или менее благопристойно. Но вся жизнь основателя секты, приобретшей за 35 лет своего существования одну из самых криминальных репутаций, является иллюстрацией одной всеобъемлющей, поглощающей его страсти — неуемного честолюбия, вытекающего из необузданной, воистину дьявольской гордыни. Достаточно взглянуть на его фотографию (ее можно найти в любом кришнаитском издании), чтобы это стало очевидным. По словам Прабхупады, его гуру за вещал ему проповедовать учение Кришны на Западе. Однако в молодости Абхай Чаран не стремился сразу воплощать в жизнь заповедь своего учителя; он был бизнесменом, коммивояжером, торговцем фармакологическими препаратами. Этим занятиям он посвятил большую часть жизни. Он очень надеялся разбогатеть — но все его финансовые предприятия кончались крахом. Убедившись, что бизнес не приведет его к желанной цели, Абхай вспомнил заповедь своего учителя и уже на склоне лет начал издавать по-английски журнал о кришнаизме, который назывался “Назад к Богу”. Прабхупада порождению принадлежал к течению индуизма, поклоняющемуся единому богу Кришне. Кришнаиты называют себя монотеистами, но с этим можно согласиться лишь при очень беглом взгляде на них — да и то только отчасти.

Поклоняются они богу, которого называют Кришной (на санскрите “черный”, “темный” или “темно-синий” — говорящее имя). [10] Движение поклонения ему как верховному божеству начал в Индии в XVI веке проповедник Чайтанья. Последователи Чайтаньи ходили по улицам индийских городов, били в бубны, впадали в оргиастический экстаз — и всех призывали поклоняться богу Кришне. Прабхупада заявляет, что он происходит из той линии учителей, которые напрямую восходят к этому мистику XVI века. Ниже мы увидим, насколько обосновано такое заявление.

Чайтанья объявил, что избежать пагубных влияний физического мира можно, получив благословение Кришны. Сам Чайтанья рассматривается кришнаитами как совместное воплощение их бога Кришны и его любимой любовницы Радхи: Кришна решил воплотиться в Радху, чтобы постичь всю силу ее любовной преданности себе, и этим воплощением явился Чайтанья. Основная цель возлюбленных Кришны, как учил Чайтанья, — любить его, как любили Кришну его бесчисленные любовницы-пастушки.

Кришна — это пастушеский бог, культ которого приобрел популярность на юге Индии в VI-IX вв. по Р. X. По чертам своего характера он более всего напоминает греческого бога Гермеса — проказливого, игривого и жуликоватого пастуха:

Из мошенничеств Я — азартная игра, Я — блеск блестящего, Я — победа, Я — приключение, Я — сила сильного. КОММЕНТАРИЙ: Во вселенной существует множество мошенников разного типа. Из всех видов мошенничества азартная игра стоит выше всех и потому представляет Кришну. Кришна, будучи Всевышним, может быть более вероломным, чем любой простой человек. Если Кришна решит обмануть человека, то никто не сможет превзойти Его в коварстве [11]. О Господь, никто не может понять Твои трансцендентные игры, которые... способны ввести в заблуждение кого угодно [12].

Часто Кришну изображают в виде синюшного пухлявого женоподобного юноши (правда, кришнаиты уверены, что красивее его никого нет: “Случайно увидев отражение своего прекрасного тела в драгоценных камнях на полу, Кришна воскликнул: “Мне никогда не доводилось видеть ничего прекраснее!”) [13].

Он предавался любовным утехам с бесчисленным множеством пастушек, и задача преданных — полюбить его точно так же. Тогда они выйдут из колеса сансары вечных перевоплощений, войдут в небесные чертоги Кришны на планетах Ваикунитихи [14] и будут предаваться с ним вечным любовным утехам в небесных лесах. Как написано под иллюстрацией в книге “Нектар преданности”: “Развивая в себе супружескую любовь к Кришне, преданный может попасть в Двараку, где станет одной из жен Господа”.

Некоторые из гурулинии, начатой Чайтаньей, рассматриваются как воплощение многочисленных возлюбленных Кришны, этих самых пастушек. Это особая честь: они возвращаются на землю и воплощаются в том или ином бородатом или безбородом гуру.

В 60-е годы неоиндуизм делается популярным на Западе, и многие гуру приспосабливаются к западному образу жизни: начинают есть мясо, носить западную одежду, ведь иначе, как казалось им, на Западе много адептов не приобретешь. Но Прабхупада был человек по-своему аскетичный: он руководствовался другой, гораздо более сильной страстью. Своим ученикам он строго заявил: никакой западной одежды, никакого мяса — надо полностью соблюдать все индийские бытовые предписания. Он пересаживал внешнюю сторону индийской жизни на западную почву, утверждая, что лишь таким путем растленный Запад может спастись. [15] Его любимая метафора была, что Запад — слепой (имелось в виду духовно), а Восток — хромой (то есть материально беден). А вот соединившись, они достигнут совершенства. Картина безногого слепца — ничего себе совершенство!

Сам Прабхупада был женат и имел детей, но в какой-то момент, уже будучи пожилым, он оставил свою жену и стал саньясином, то есть полностью посвятил себя богу. Несмотря на то, что монах не должен иметь физических отношений с женщиной, индуистская практика допускает совместное проживание с семьей в одном доме. Прабхупада также какое-то время не оставлял свою семью. Как-то он рассказал, что однажды, когда он глубоко предавался богу мыслью, жена его, которая очень любила чай (самому ему как саньясину этот напиток был запрещен как возбуждающий), продала одну из его священных книг, чтобы купить себе чего-нибудь сладкого к чаю (очередная финансовая схема Прабхупады заканчивалась крахом, и денег у семьи было мало). Он так разобиделся, что бросил ее и детей, навсегда ушел из дома и с тех пор ни разу не поинтересовался, что с ними произошло. Посвящение себя богу в зрелом возрасте типично для индусов, рассматривающих свою жизнь как последовательную смену четырех стадий: ученичество, семейная жизнь, а в старости — отшельничество и затем странничество. Так что поступок Прабхупады был вполне обычен для его возраста и культуры. Но ведь благодаря деятельности этого человека на Западе десятки тысяч молодых людей, а вовсе не стариков, оставляли семьи, близких и родных и отдавали себя в рабство съедаемому бесом гордыни индийскому честолюбцу и созданной им тоталитарной организации!

Прабхупада надеялся основать свою секту в Индии, но у него ничего не вышло — слишком велика была конкуренция. Он интриговал, пытался найти себе покровителей в высших эшелонах власти [16], но не достиг желаемого результата. И тогда он решил попробовать добиться своего в Америке, тем более что подержанная восточная духовность там делалась все более ходким товаром. В 69 лет он, согласно кришнаитской легенде, с несколькими долларами в кармане, с набором кастрюль (презирающий все материальное гуру не мог себе представить жизни без индийской кухни) и с зонтиком сел на грузовое индийское судно, на котором его перевезли через океан бесплатно. Таким образом он прибыл в порт Нью-Йорка. Набрав по знакомым немного денег, Прабхупада арендовал в одном из бедных районов города помещение бывшего магазина и повесил на его витрине объявление, что будет читать лекции о “Бхагавадгите”. Напомню, что “Бхагавадгита” — это одна из книг индийского эпоса, в которой Кришна учит мудрости своего последователя Арджуну.

Первое время дела не шли. Был момент, когда Прабхупада отчаялся, так как деньги все не приходили, и уже собирался уезжать, как вдруг он, как говорится, попал в струю: это было время заката битничества и начала движения хиппи. Все они очень интересовались индийской премудростью. Некоторые из первых учеников, присоединившихся к Прабхупаде, оказались весьма активными и влиятельными в богемных кругах, поэтому дело как-то сдвинулось с мертвой точки. К группе стали присоединяться юные пацифисты, протестовавшие против войны во Вьетнаме. Молодежь особенно привлекала восточная экзотика. Кроме того, новый учитель обязал их соблюдать чрезвычайно ригористический нравственный устав, который тоже казался чем-то новым и освежающим людям, пресытившимся различными излишествами. Хиппи стремились чем-то выделиться из серой толпы капиталистического истеблишмента, а бритая голова с пучком волос выделяется даже гораздо больше, чем длинные волосы. Индийские шафрановые дхоти для мужчин или разноцветные сари для женщин тоже более заметны, чем расшитые джинсы и раскрашенные футболки. К тому же танцы на улицах, атмосфера хеппенинга с бубнами, с кимвалами, столь бескомпромиссный вызов обществу потребления — все это было очень необычно и интересно.

В 1968 году Прабхупада открыл собственную типографию. С ним познакомился популярный тогда в Америке поэт, представитель битников Ален Гинзберг, который интересовался Востоком. Он пришел к Прабхупаде и стал помогать “мудрецу” распространять его учение. Вскоре кришнаитам удалось заинтересовать собою “Битлз”, и те позволили секте использовать свое имя. Джордж Харрисон, один из четырех участников прославленной группы, помог кришнаитам выпустить пластинку с распевом их мантры, а потом и сам выпустил песню, в которой была кришнаитская мелодия. После распада “Битлз” он даже выпустил целую пластинку, которая называется “Жизнь в материальном мире” и посвящена Кришне. Все это придавало секте популярности. Харрисон также поддерживал MOCK деньгами и даже подарил Прабхупаде замок в окрестностях Лондона, который ранее купил для себя. До сих пор этот замок является штаб-квартирой ОСК в Англии.

Прабхупада развивал бешеную деятельность; хотя он начал проповедь в западном мире в 70 лет и на вид был весьма пожилым и хилым, энергии у него было предостаточно. В 1971 году он даже приехал в Советский Союз. Вообще кришнаиты очень любят ссылаться на то, что они (помимо иеговистов) единственная из всех новоявленных сект, которые успели пострадать от советской власти, но само появление кришнаитов в СССР очень подозрительно. Прабхупада приехал в 1971 году как лидер религиозного движения, уже получившего скандальную известность. Его впустили в страну, он ходил по улицам, обратил несколько человек, основал организацию, и все это произошло, как нам говорят, без ведома КГБ и осталось как бы не замеченным “органами”. Напоминаю, что сажать и преследовать кришнаитов начали только в самом конце 70-х годов, то есть вполне естественно предположить, что на них возлагались определенные надежды, которых они почему то не оправдали. [17] Года через три после приезда Прабхупады кришнаитов вновь впустили в СССР — на этот раз целый десант. Они приехали в Москву на Международную книжную ярмарку, где им дали полностью стенд. Трудно себе представить, что в 1971 году КГБ прохлопал и впустил в СССР Прабхупаду, а через три года “не заметил” целой группы представителей иностранного религиозного движения. Все это выглядит довольно загадочно. Во всяком случае, именно таким весьма подозрительным образом кришнаизм появился в СССР.
