I guess this is Krishna's plan. Because more people will read it now and will make their life simple and beautiful. Because Krishna is BHAKTAWATSAL, he loves his devotees verymuch, therefor he is creating sitution where more people will read it.
Chant "HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE, HARE RAM HARE RAM RAM RAM HARE HARE" and be happy.

Please save the humanilty....do not ban Bhagwat Gita.. it is the truth of life told to the world by Lord Srik Krishna through Sri Arjuna for the benefit of the humanity to pull out the suffering humans from the miserable material world back to the owrld of gods. Srimad Bhagwat Gita does not teach voilence or extremist acts but tells the human world to live a life of peace, love, forgiveness (Ahinsa),huminity and Bhakti as a path towards Lord Krishna. Do not deprive the poor Russians the once in a lifetime chance received over 8,400,000 births as a human being to go back to godhead .. the great loving sweet, father Lord Krishna.

Sri Caitanya Caritamrta Antya 3.255

e-vanyaya ye na bhase, sei jiva chara

koti-kalpe kabhu tara nahika nistara

SYNONYMS

e-vanyaya -- in this inundation; ye -- anyone who; na bhase -- does not float; sei -- that; jiva -- living entity; chara -- most condemned; koti-kalpe -- in millions of kalpas; kabhu -- at any time; tara -- his; nahika -- there is not; nistara -- deliverance.

TRANSLATION

"Anyone who does not float in this inundation is most condemned. Such a person cannot be delivered for millions of kalpas.

PURPORT

The kalpa is explained in the Bhagavad-gita (8.17): sahasra-yuga-paryantam ahar yad brahmano viduh. One day of Brahma is called a kalpa. A yuga, or maha-yuga, consists of 4,320,000 years, and one thousand such maha-yugas constitute one kalpa. The author of Sri Caitanya-caritamrta says that if one does not take advantage of the Krsna consciousness movement of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, he cannot be delivered for millions of such kalpas.

bhagavad geeta is god song, in the world some ones are not understand perfectly, it's a spiritual to all good work, gita is not reason to any bad activities, i believe lord krishna and bhagavad gita

"sanatana, deha-tyage krsna yadi paiye

koti-deha ksaneke tabe chadite pariye

SYNONYMS

sanatana -- My dear Sanatana; deha-tyage -- by committing suicide; krsna -- Lord Krsna; yadi -- if; paiye -- I can get; koti-deha -- millions of bodies; ksaneke -- in a moment; tabe -- then; chadite pariye -- I can give up.

TRANSLATION

"My dear Sanatana," He said, "if I could attain Krsna by committing suicide, I would certainly give up millions of bodies without a moment's hesitation.

This books of bhagwat gita is message of lord krishna for the people of whole world.

It is impossible to judge the basis of one of the world's most wide-spread religions. Gita told us to be honest, friendly, peaceful, responsible for our actions and always remember about God's glory. So anyone should support this simple Truth on the way to Lord.

We shall overcome this nonsense atheistic prosecutions.

This is the most absurd case in the world. The bhadwad gita is the most revered book in the world with the most holy wisdom of all holy scriptures and much older than any world scriptures. Looks like a vendetta being played out by someone, esp. some orthodox catholic groups.

The wrong court verdict in this petition could prove fatal to ISKCON in other countries as well. Especially in India, the atheists would take inapropriate advantage of such a court verdict. Only Krsna can save us. let us all pray to Lord Narsimha to ward off such a situation from being created.

I read Bhagavad Gita, It is absolutely a transdental book, which speaks about, peace, renunciation.
Calling it a Extremist literature is a most foolish thing u except from anyone.

People need the right/freedom to read every other religion and also be given the right to chose/reject any of their choice. The choice should not be a force.

IT IS A BASED OF ALL DHARMA SASTRA,IT SHOW WAY OF LIFE TO ALL MEANS ANY TRIBES CAN READ FOLLOW NORMAL GOOD WAY OF LIFE.

Please spare the devotees of the lord and stop this onslaught.Those literatures which the lord has personnaly created for mankind at large cannot be stopped by anyone.If u attempt bannishing bhagavat gita u will be banishned . Please have compassion on living entities . This is the only book which can save u from the ugly noose of death
