Siba has helped me on several visits when I have had to take my two toddlers shopping with me. He always gave me a helping hand and kept the one child entertained and safe while I loaded the other into their carseat. I refuse to go shopping anywhere else, as I have never been offered this peace of mind at any other centre.

As a disabled pensioner I simply cannot cope with my weekly shop without Siba's assistance. He even helps pack my bags in Woolworths. I recently changed my shopping day to accommodate a change in Siba's schedule.

Siba is the best trolley assistant!!! Always always willing to assist the elderly, esp my mother in law. We trust him so much, we can hand our car keys to him while we go into another store at the forum. He even remembers what cars we drive. No other trolley assistant has been so happy and respectful to us. He always has a smile on his face while others look so gloom. I hope we are able to see him continually work throughout the entire week at the welgemoed forum.
