The administration and management has not treated the football operations side of this club with the respect it deserves.
Failing to make the finals for a consecutive 12th year and likely winning the wooden spoon for a consecutive 2nd year indicates change is required outside of the football staff and players. We have also copped a 70+ scoreline two years in a row.
Interferences by management often derail our competition campaigns, trading players for no return during the season and embarrassing the club with remarks to the media.
I am calling for a restructuring of the board, the removal of the chair and CEO and re-evaluation of the coaching/training staff.

The collective effect is what you see on the pitch and on the ladder. As long as WT is profitable they don't really care what happens beyond that as most aren't experienced in running a football club or have any background in the game. They bank on the fanatism of loyal fans to bail them out. I dare say it that the decision that a washed-up former coach (previously sacked by the club) and a complete rookie be given the keys to the castle was because it required minimal effort on their part and saved money.

Have supported the Magpies since the mid-70s and the WT's since 2000. Missed watching only a handful of games. Disgusted by the effort against the cowboys. Even when the Magpies struggled in the early 80s, at least they gave it a go.
