I have been abused by Telkom since the first week I signed up to them. They delivered the incorrect product and immediately started debiting my bank account. I never used it since I never need it and attempted to get a hold of the for 3 months with no response. During those 3 months telhey kept debiting my account. Billing me as of I was spending credit when I never even opened the box or touched their sim card. They came to fetch the product and since then I haven't heard a word from them. They are still debiting from my account and refuse to respond to my emails, calls, complaints on Hello Peter, Twitter or Facebook. I'm not rich and cannot afford to be freely giving money away for a service I am not using.

I want my money back and I want others to get theirs too. Telkom runs business like the Mafia. We need to #shutdowntelkom before they do this to others.
