It is a well known fact that this guy has some issues. His actions can't be justified. Most of the university students , intact other people also know he rules as of his liking, without giving a shit about students. He should realise that he is there to serve as the VC. His job is to create a student friendly atmosphere and make sure everything run smoothly.Some say he has a psychiatric disorder. Even if it's a doubt he needs to be checked. It might help himself as well.
