Support Black-Owned Gym In The City

I support people who grew up in the community and want to make the community a safer and healthier place. As a community member this benefits myself and my family. Having a black owned gym within our community would make me extremely proud. This will also give our young kids of color a role model and a place to go to feel safe.(Randolph, 2018-09-06)

A black owned gym shouldn't be rare in our day and time. Especially in a highly populated and diverse city like Boston. People of color and all cultures look to improve their quality of life daily- mentally, physically, economically and spiritually. I believe Almighty Fitness has this and more in mind for the city and it's many communities. That's why I give it my full support.(Randolph, 2018-09-06)

We need to places to work out to try to maintain good health. We are already surrounded by tons of convient stores and fast food restaurants. I live in fields corner and a gym close to be would make a huge difference for me and I'm sure lots of other people. I take honor in signing this petition Thanks and Good luck!!!(Dorchester, 2018-09-07)

i'm signing this petition because I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Griffin last year at the Fit Factory when he became my personal trainer and now friend. Mr. Griffin is an exceptional man who understands the commitment and hard work that goes into supporting each person's goal on their individual journey through weight loss or weight gain etc. I've seen his hardwork and dedication come into fruition with Almoghty Fitness and agree with him when it comes to giving back to our community in such a way that can help people all ages.(mattapan, ma, 2018-09-08)

I grew up in the inner city of Boston too and I understand all the difficulties that comes with being a teen living in a dangerous environment with many obstacles to overcome daily. I too turned to sports and working out to help stay out of trouble because it is so hard to do right when so many around you aren't. I believe working out helps mentally and physically and that this petition can help save lives.(Dorchester, 2018-09-08)

This is what the world needs... Why not start with one city... The city where our individual journey began, Boston. Bout time we invest in the people around us who care instead of spending our money with corporations who don't care about anything except profit.I also am proud to sign this petition because I relate to the powerful message within the story. 2gether we will! Earl is a great man with a great plan... I'm behind him 100%!
