We are Wests Tigers now let’s keep keep it that way
I’m a long time Magpies supporter for over 55 years ,and must I have way to many lean years , it’s time to stick together as 1 and become a club people want to support
We need to stick to this 5 year plan that Richo has set up
It the 1st time in 15 year i feel we now have a competitive team for 2025 and building for 2026 semi 2027 Champs
Stick to the plan we will be a powerhouse Team in 3 years
A team that all players want to play for
A club that corporate sponsors want to put there name to
Fans will come back in the thousands
Like the Movie Fields of Dreams if we build they will come back🙏💪
Mark my words
Come on Wests Tigers fan sign have a voice ,let’s stick together and stay STRONG WT

Cheers Mark

enough is enough...

Tim Thomas (Mitchelton, 2024-12-29)

#407

I’m a dedicated west tigers supporter and want the club to be one and not two factions

Chris McCormack (Brisbane, 2024-12-29)

#409

I’ve had a gut full of boardroom brawling and clowns just in it for self interest.
I want highly skilled board members who can work together and maintain the wests Tigers as a powerhouse club.

Emanuele Monardo (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#411

Enough is enough. Romero and Burgess are anvils who need to be removed from the Wests Tigers if we are to move forward.

Tim K (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#413

I am a passionate tigers supporter who is worried about the club.

Shane Steedman (Coffs Harbour, 2024-12-29)

#416

If this shit isn’t sorted properly I’m abandoning the game entirely.

Shaun Blanchard (Lennox Head, 2024-12-29)

#421

The current debenture system is archaic and does not allow for open governance and transparency.

It’s time for these fossils to move on to allow the HBG and the Wests Tigers to thrive.

Costas Kyriacou (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#423

There is no accountability for the decision makers on the corporate level. From 2011 until today, Coaches and players have been held accountable for poor performances, meanwhile the decision makers are protected during these lean times.

There has to be a structure in place for the Wests Tigers club where the decision makers are held accountable by the members at the ballot box. The ability for Members to vote for Director's positions should be made available as part of Wets Tigers Membership package.

Chris Kovac (Melba, Idaho, 2024-12-29)

#425

I have been a supporter since 1973 (Magpies) and want the best for the Wests Tigers going forward.

Jye Abberton (Penrith, 2024-12-29)

#431

I believe the governance structure has regressed under this Board

John Hardgrove (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#432

It is time that we focus on our rugby league team and club in the present and into the future without distracting influences and destructive behaviour within the board.

Chris Aron (Ashfield, 2024-12-29)

#435

I am a passionate Wests Tigers supporter and want to see our Club become a force in the NRL again

Adrian Au (Port Moresby, 2024-12-29)

#436

Disappointed is an understatement how I feel about the direction of this club. We need to support our rugby league team and rid ourselves of suffocating and constrictive forces within the board.

Athan Stat (Ashfield, 2024-12-29)

#437

I / we WANT the Wests Tigers to move forward in the MOST professional way possible. The only way to do this is to get rid of any of the old shackles around our ankles … ie The Holman Barnes Group.

Shane Powell (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#438

I am sick of this infighting and crap from a bottom of table club , it’s a joke based on attitude, narratives , egos and dick measuring . Get over it you bunch of clowns . Grow up ! We have been a merged club for over 25 years, and 2025 we need to pull together and support benji and the roster. Again just stop it, for the love of god just stop it. Put your energy , clipboards Int the team. Get off the petty garbage emails . Been a fan for over 40 years , why should people like me look forward to every season when you pencil pushers screw it, before the season starts? Would love to hear your excuses or rationale !!!!!!

Benjamin Barrett (Wynnum, 2024-12-29)

#440

I’m signing this because I’m sick of the Holman Barnes Group bringing the wests tigers down

Steven Wilcox (Cranebrook, 2024-12-29)

#442

I want to see a united Board for the better of Wests Tigers

Zelko Lugonja (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#444

After years of embarrassing results and 3 wooden spoons,I finally thought we were heading in the right direction with the appointment of Shane Richardson..once again the board has failed the clubs fans and members with its failure to comply with its 2023 review recommendations. As a paying member for over 10 years here is my vote of no confidence in the Holman Barnes Group.

Stephen Kiddle (Jimboomba, 2024-12-29)

#445

I have absolutely no confidence in the way that the matters of the football club are being handled by the current HBG group- not singling out any one person in particular but the grout as a whole if dysfunctional and the refusal to implement the recommendations of the review is a display of either arrogance or negligence

Andrew Tattersall (Drummoyne, 2024-12-29)

#448

I am signing this petition because I would like to think that after having a review into the governance of the club the recommendations should be implemented

Anthony Schneider (Gold Coast, 2024-12-29)

#449

I am sick of personal ambitions and agendas of individuals, continuously putting well being of the football club last. Time for transparency.

Nicholas Quealy (Longueville, 2024-12-29)

#453

I've lost faith in these dinosaurs.

Pat Stapleton (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#455

The club should not be run by a few $100 debenture holders

No one under 30 know the separated clubs

Danny Hodgson (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#456

I'm a wests tigers supporter..

Terence Cunningham (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#458

It always belonged to the people. We have forgotten the simple things in exchange for greed.

John V (Leichhardt, 2024-12-29)

#459

Im sick of thier childish rubbish Magpies are dead in the Nrl.

Justin Huckstepp (Gold coast, 2024-12-29)

#460

Because while I grew up a Balmain fan, I am now a wests tigers fan. I hate the infighting, just actually care for my club more than HBG!!
I am all in. Are HBG?

graeme knox (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#461

I'm signing because I want to see the board of HBG fulfill their obligation to implementing all the recommendations of the review carried out late 2023. It has been too long for this to happen and it is hindering the Wests Tigers football club from operating and achieving at their full potential. You said you would do it so get on with it.

Andrew Hewitt (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#462

We are finally starting to head in the right direction and I have ZERO confidence in Julie Romero and Burgess being the right people to lead us forward

Daniel Miller (Breakfast Point, 2024-12-29)

#467

I want my club to grow and prosper and with the new coach and players we got, we are heading in the right direction

Allan Browne (Nowra, 2024-12-29)

#468

I don’t like unethical people who go back on their word

Chay Jordan (Winmalee, 2024-12-29)

#469

I am sick of the garbage going on with in HBG. It is the West Tigers and any talk of it changing to any other name is fanciful and disruptive. West Tigers unite is the ABSOLUTE message. Get behind it.

Michael Palmer (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#472

I really am sick of the division in this club that is holding us back and want to move forward as the wests tigers.
I am over 50 and as much as I loved Balmain and respect wests. If you think about it
I have actually been supporting the wests tigers longer now.
Time to unite

Jason Horley (Kiama Downs, 2024-12-29)

#481

I’m Balmain since 1967 however since 2000 I’m a die hard Wests Tigers fan and travel to games. I love this club and am tired of the in-house disputes.
West Tigers forever🐯🏈

John Dodd (Gold Coast, 2024-12-29)

#483

I’m signing because of sick of this board ruining my club. They have too much extra baggage that’s affecting the club. I want them out

Agus Putra Jaya (Canberra, 2024-12-29)

#484

I want wests tigers to be successful

Daryl Lee (Brisbane, 2024-12-29)

#489

I’m fed up with all the infighting and politics. We should be a force in the NRL and we are shooting ourselves in the foot.

Tom Pereira (KINGSFORD, 2024-12-29)

#494

I’m sick of it. Stop Ruining our club.

M Davis (Melbourne, 2024-12-29)

#498

The review was conducted for a reason.

Liam McAuliffe (Wyoming, 2024-12-29)

#499

We are united as wests tigers 🐅 full stop

Mitch Kodzopeljic (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#500

The governance is a joke. Enough is enough.

HBG should hand their license back or clean out the house.

David C (Dundas, 2024-12-29)

#502

I love the Tigers. I’m so sick of hearing the crap news stories about the Tigers being disorganised and unable to see eye to eye. We need to UNITE.

Daniel Dwan (Mooloolaba, 2024-12-29)

#503

It's devastating to think that people in power within the Wests Tigers organisation are actively working against the club becoming as good as it can be. My understanding is that this is a fundamental duty of a director/board member. If this treason is actually happening then those responsible should be publicly exposed and formerly removed so that the people working so hard to make this club successful can continue the magnificent job that has been already since the previous review. Surely justice can be done.

Lee Annett (Port Macquarie, 2024-12-29)

#504

I’m signing this because I’m tired of the poor governance of the HBG and the impact that’s had and is still having upon the Wests Tigers football club.

Ian Johnson (Blackheath, 2024-12-29)

#505

The club deserves better management!

Steve Flew (Five Dock, 2024-12-29)

#507

After 15 years of support and only seeing finals 2 times, enough is enough and changes have to be made.

Luke Burns (Brisbane, 2024-12-29)

#508

I’m sick of the constant infighting, leaks and turmoil at the club

Nathan Martincich (Currans Hill, 2024-12-29)

#509

I believe that Wests Tigers board and senior management should be doing what is best for the club! Working to produce a good harmonious club! We need positivity, especially after recent performances and standards of rhe club! We have now recruited well, and the fans are excited, but all we hear is the disharmony from the board! The board needs to get its shit in one sock, and cease making MY CLUB, the laughing stock of the NRL!

Garry Patten (NEWCASTLE, 2024-12-29)

#512

Sick of these dinosaurs and the petty agendas. WT have hope finally on the field but will be dragged back or kept down with these people in charge.

Eddie Otto (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#516

I love and follow the tigers since 1960….black n gold never fold

Rick Butler (Cooktown, 2024-12-29)

#521

I am disgusted by the carry on of the remaining directors and debenture holders and this is making my team the laughing stock of the league

Gregory Malouf (Concord, 2024-12-29)

#523

sick of the dickheads running the show and the uncontrollable leaks and media snippy, ******* old useless cunts if you ask me and I'm old.

JEFF BROWN (Berrima, 2024-12-29)

#525

As a passionate Wests Tigers supporter, the conduct of the HBG group over the last 6-12 months has been embarrassing and amateurish. The Wests Tigers team, thanks to Shane Richardson in particular, are finally heading in the right direction but the dithering of the HBG threatens to derail the positive moves made. There is a strong sense that the HBG members are only focused on themselves and have little regard or concern for the wider Wests Tigers group.

Edward Lawry (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#526

I’m sick and tired of the embarrassing off field governance of our great club, it’s time to clean out the muppets ruining the upwards trajectory through personal gain.
The Wests Tigers are the sleeping giants of the NRL.
We are finally getting it right on the field, let’s get it right everywhere.

Brendan Gribble (Shellharbour, 2024-12-29)

#534

I want the in fighting at Board level to stop.
I want a united Board.
I want a Board without individual agendas.
I want a Board with the sole objective of making Wests Tigers successful.

Greg Cowley (Tuross Head, 2024-12-29)

#535

It's time to implement the recommendations of the review. Wests Tigers is a club on the up after a decade of shambolic leadership. This is the next step to making this club a Rugby League Powerhouse.

RICHARD CUMMINGS (Collaroy Plateau, 2024-12-29)

#536

I’d like to understand why
- the independent review of progress against the review hasn’t been undertaken.
- the most important recommendation from the Wests Tigers review, the establishment of four independent directors to the Wests Tigers Board, hasn’t yet been undertaken
- the outdated debenture structure of the HBG Board isn’t changed to reflect more modern practices that would typically be associated with a high performing modern NSW club
It appears from the outside that a couple members of the HBG Board are more concerned with their own need for power than the best interests of the Wests Tigers

Francis Basile (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#539

No more factions, just the one Wests Tigers

Darryl Ede (Pokolbin, 2024-12-29)

#544

Unfortunately the NRL or liquor and gaming NSW will need to step in to make the change the WT NRL needs.

These incompetent HBG debenture holders won't go away voluntarily, the people that have the power to do something need to put on big boy pants on and do something.

Nathan Adamo (Parklea, 2024-12-29)

#546

I’m signing because as a dedicated Wests Tigers supporter, I find the actions of the HBG group over the past 6-12 months to be both embarrassing and unprofessional. While the Wests Tigers, especially under Shane Richardson's leadership, are finally making positive strides, the indecision within the HBG risks undermining these improvements. It seems clear that many HBG members are more concerned with their own interests than with the broader success and unity of the Wests Tigers organisation.

Frances Fania (Concord, 2024-12-29)

#549

I want to see the West's Tugers be competitive not just for one season

Craig Myers (East Mackay, 2024-12-29)

#552

End the Crap now! HBG needs to free the Wests Tigers from this archaic debenture system and allow the Wests Tigers board to be Truely independent!

I'm not a magpie's fan, I'm not a Balmain Fan, I am a Wests Tigers Fan!!! If there is any kind of demerger, I won't be a Rugby League Fan period!!!

Matt Bryan (Sydney, 2024-12-29)

#554

The only way to implement proper governance to Wests Tigers is to dismantle the Dickensian debenture system in the Holman Barnes Group and provide full and fair voting rights for all 27,000 members of Wests Ashfield. I believe ILGA should appoint an administrator to WA/HBG to facilitate sweeping constitutional change to that organisation.

Peter Duggan (Leichhardt, 2024-12-29)

#560

Im fed up with the whole Wests v Balmain BS. Let’s move forward together!

Matt Perosin (Sydney, 2024-12-30)

#562

Disgusting treatment of long time Board members Rick Wayde, David Gilbert & Tony Andreacchio by other 4 Board members
Where are the ethics and values Julie Romero claims to possess in her Bio on HBG Website?

Darren Wood (MOUNT ANNAN, 2024-12-30)

#563

Things need to change. So much potential for the club & the area it's a shame its being squandered again after many years of incompetence. Implement the changes recommended in the review or fall on your own swords. The club is bigger than the HBG

D K (Burwood, 2024-12-30)

#564

Since the age of 10, I've always followed and supported the Tigers. Originally the Balmain Tigers as I am now 46 years of age. I am currently a beloved West Tigers fan now and respect both the merged teams from the past ( Balmain Tigers # Western Suburbs Magpies )

This is a combined Joint Venture club and the organisation is the biggest laughing stock in all sports throughout Australia currently, the governance of this Joint Venture is a embarrassment to say the very least. The in house arguing needs to STOP.

Put the Joint Venture Club 1st, before your own personal greed.

Nikiha Johnston (CLEAR ISLAND WATERS, 2024-12-30)

#565

This is a ridiculous situation that needs resolving pronto to provide the stability the Wests Tigers desperately need to move forward & succeed, cmon the Tiges!

Graham Green (Quirindi, 2024-12-30)

#566

Im signing because we need to follow through on the recommendation made in the review.

Anthony Rake (Wagga wagga, 2024-12-30)

#569

Julie Romero et al. are acting out of self interest and not in the best interest of the Wests Tigers Football Club.

Oliver Rando (Sydney, 2024-12-30)

#570

HBG are an unprofessional rabble, an insult to rugby league

Dan S (Balmain, 2024-12-30)

#571

We are trying to run a professional rugby league club in the NRL in 2024 - it's time to level-up, move beyond self-interest, and give what (very long-suffering) Tigers fans want. This club belongs to them, and for that reason I am signing this petition.

Justin Fazzolari (Rozelle, 2024-12-30)

#574

Review of the hbg governance concerrns

Shaun Hunt (Brisbane, 2024-12-30)

#575

I believe the HBG are not running the WT the way it should be run.

David Park (Christchurch, 2024-12-30)

#578

I am signing as a concerned Magpies member & supporter Unfortunately the JV is not working the way many many fans would like as there is virtually no representation shown on behalf of the Magpies that own 90% of the JV It seems as a marketing strategy it’s all about the Tiger not the Magpies it’s called Wests Tigers not Balmain. Here’s a suggestion put the Magpie on the front of the jersey & the Tiger on the sleeve & stop with the near orange jersey

Colin Croft (Sunshine Bay, 2024-12-30)

#579

I believe serious structure change needs to occur before the Wests Tigers can become successful

Luke Cullen (Hocking, 2024-12-30)

#581

Tigers Supporter wanting board united

Michele Davies (Lilyfield, 2024-12-30)

#585

The selection of HBG directors seem very un democratic and an old boys club.
This does not lead to strong leadership of either HBG or Wests tigers

Shaune Coates (Little Bay, 2024-12-30)

#586

This nonsense needs to stop, my husband was the staunchest Balmain supporter however once the merger happened he became and remains the staunchest Wests Tigers fan their is and we as a family of 9 have become the loyalist of Wests Tigers fans ! We hate seeing the childish actions of a few detract from what should be an awesome year !

Georgina Looker (Clermont, 2024-12-30)

#587

I’m wanting Wests Tigers to be truly united club without infighting & influences by selfish individuals with hidden agendas distracting us from the goal of becoming a successful NRL club once again! We the loyal fans of this club deserve to have the right people who share our passion to be in these positions of power.

Scott Coleman (Mount Cotton, 2024-12-30)

#589

I want the Wests Tigers to flourish and I’m sick n tired of the Wests v Balmain rubbish.

John Akhurst (Figtree, 2024-12-30)

#591

Our last place finishes are not because our mascot is a Tiger or a Magpie, it's because the people behind the scenes constantly make the wrong decision and have fans, players and all invested parties lose respect. I'm sick of being ashamed of the rugby league team I've loved since day 1.

Alexander Taylor (Sydney, 2024-12-30)

#592

I want the Wests Tigers to remain in the NRL as the Wests Tigers, not as the Wests Magpies

Kevin Castle (North Casino, 2024-12-30)

#598

I am signing because I am distressed by the reputation of the Wests Tigers NRL football team being repeatedly undermined by the corporate structure that should support it.

Rachael Wallbank (Salamander Bay NSW, 2024-12-30)
