Suicide Awareness shouldn’t be pushed to the background, this is a central area where anyone can sit and reflect, and access the appropriate numbers if they want to. Why remove it???

It's a beautiful way to commemorate everyone who has lost their battle to mental illness, and hopefully, a way to show those still suffering that people care.

The people of this town has had so many life’s that matter taken from them, they deserve to have some place dedicated to these souls. We all need a place to go to to have happy memories.

I’m signing because these memorials are exactly where they should be. The tree of hope should not be hidden away in a dark corner of the park it must be nice to sit in the bench and listen to the children and hopefully bring back happy memories. Also the mural is in a public place where everyone can take something from it.

This wall of hope, the tree and bench are so important to our town. They show our loved ones they are not forgotten and to who's left behind you are not alone and that the town supports you. Its disgraceful that they are even talking about removing the wall and moving the bench. Hopefully the council will listen to the heart of the town and will stop this.

This memorial is of rememberance and light for many people , the hard work and thought that went into this is fenominal and deserves to be left as it is for the families who have lost loved ones to suicide and for those who seek help through very dark times .

Raising awareness. Lord knows we all know someone lost to the darkness that is suicide . When I finished school in kanturk many years ago, I left school wondering who will be taken. Sadly too many.

This wall comforts those who have lost a love one through suicide - It is also a place where the bereaved meet for memorial events. Margaret O'Callaghan and many others have put a tremendous amount of work into this mural
