I want to have my graduation on the hoe like all other years. It's very unfair. Why would it be February and STILL not on the hoe? What's the point?(Plymouth, 2019-05-16)
#207
It’s my ******* graduations(Plymouth, 2019-05-16)
#210
It is unfair and too long a period after students leaving uni.it would disrupt their new routine and cause extra expense to them. It's a terrible and horrific idea.(South Brent, 2019-05-16)
#212
I want my graduation on the hoe where it’s been held every other year, as per tradition(Plymouth, 2019-05-16)
#215
This change is stupid(Plymouth, 2019-05-16)

#223
I’d like to graduate in 2020 when I finish my degree and on the hoe where I was told I would be graduating.(Plymouth, 2019-05-16)
#224
It’s not fair to make students wait 5/6 months to receive their graduation(Manchester, 2019-05-16)
#229
We should not have to wait so long for our graduation ceremony. Especially as we will still not graduate on The Hoe as originally expected.(NEWTON ABBOT, 2019-05-16)
#243
After 3 years of dedication and exacting funds from our family’s household to pay for this child health nursing course the least we deserve is a graduation when we finish not 6 months later with severe restrictions on who can come. Plymouth Hoe is the perfect backdrop for graduation it’s not fair to put us somewhere else.(Truro, 2019-05-16)
#246
We work hard to achieve the career we feel passionate about, it would be nice if the hard work was properly appreciated and recognised.(Devon, 2019-05-17)
#250
Most of the young people would prefer to graduate when they actually finish their course, not 7 months later!(Muscat, 2019-05-17)
#251
Give students a chance(Southampton, 2019-05-17)
#252
Having a graduation nearly a year after is ridiculous(Muscat, 2019-05-17)
#259
I want to graduate in the September(Newquay, 2019-05-19)
#261
Im signing because Im also affected in this change of date. I’m a student nurse (cohort 2017) that is set to graduate on February 2021 instead of September 2020.My family members from Philippines are planning to come on September 2020 for my graduation.
(Plymouth, 2019-05-19)

My daughter Chloe is also due to graduate with this cohort....it's disgraceful that these young men and women may have to wait nearly six months for their graduation ceremony!(Paignton, 2019-05-19)
#266
I am a student midwife due to graduate in 2020 and believe our graduation should be in Sept, rather than having to wait until Feb 2021!(Tiverton, 2019-05-19)
#269
I’m a Midwifery student and want it in 2020 as told when I started!(Plymouth, 2019-05-19)
#273
My graduation has also been moved, Plymouth uni need to put effort into celebrating all of us graduating like they have done for past years.(Plymouth, 2019-05-19)
#279
I know how hard it is being a mum of 3 and doing a medical degree is and how for 3 years of hard work one of the things you work towards and want the most is that final graduation day, the day you look at all the stressful times, the good times, the amount of tears and anxiety of everything and go, well it’s all been worth it. But to also share with your loved ones and say thank you for their support and show the kids what the hard work has been all for. Please give them back their original date.(Plymouth, 2019-05-19)
#285
I do not think it’s right for the students to have to wait to graduate! Give them their graduation in September!!!!!(Bodmin, 2019-05-19)
#300
It is important to me to have graduation in September when I complete my degree and not 6 months after when I will hopefully be in my job 120 miles away and unable to attend a ceremony.(Helston, 2019-05-20)
#304
Graduation should be when they graduate....(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#305
These people put endless time in without pay and deserve there day on the right day(Looe, 2019-05-20)
#310
I think it’s disgusting that these students have all worked so hard and were looking forward to their graduation in September. It is unfair for it to be moved until the following year and also to have changed the venue.(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#312
Because the students were given a date at the beginning of the course which everyday they completed they were one day closer to it. They deserve to graduate in September as advertised even with a change of location.(Liskeard, 2019-05-20)
#313
I am a nursing student and this change will effect myself and all the other nursing students, midwives and paramedics! We all work so hard, through countless unpaid hours and it is really disappointing to not be graduating on the hoe in 2020.(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#314
I object(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#317
I don’t care where I graduate, I’d just like to be able to celebrate all my hard work in the same year and not the following year after 6 months of working as a qualified midwife(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#322
My friend has been affected by this(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#323
Future nurses work extremely hard to graduate they should not have to wait for the year after they have finished to celebrate and be rewarded for how hard they have worked!(Cornwall, 2019-05-20)
#334
It shouldn't be changed.. They work really hard.(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#335
I’m a midwifery student wanting a September graduation! After all 2020 is the year of the midwife! We shouldn’t have to wait until February and then have to take time off work(Taunton, 2019-05-20)
#340
I'm signing because I care!!(Norwich, 2019-05-20)
#341
I do not agree(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#343
I think it’s absolutely appalling that we should be expected to wait 6 months after qualifying to graduate(Sidmouth, 2019-05-20)
#347
I'm signing because I want my graduation to be changed because graduating on the hoe has literally been a dream of mine and I also want all my friends to come to graduation when they are still around the local area(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#351
I want to graduate at the hoe(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#354
I want my graduation in 2020, when I graduate, not 2021, 7 months after leaving University.(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#355
I’m signing this petition because I feel it’s unfair to drive students from their opportunity to graduate. They should keep the location and year the same, if students had known this prior to joining the course they would have chosen somewhere else to study.(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#356
I don’t want to graduate I’m feb when the weather will be awful and we can’t take iconic pictures on the hoe(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)

#365

#380
Sister is graduating(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#388
As my daughter is one that is affected and we have a long way to come after the course finish 5 months earlier and Feb is cold !! EG snow could affect the journey!!(Milton keynes, 2019-05-20)

#394
I think it is completely unfair to do this to these students who have worked so hard to get their degree(Torquay, 2019-05-20)
#397
I will most likely be living back home in Milton Keynes when I am qualified. To travel 5 hours to get to Plymouth to graduate 5 months after I’ve technically graduated is unreasonable, especially if I am full time working. I can not expect a work place giving me annual leave for a job I had barley started.(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
#400
I’m signing this because I’d rather have my graduation in the September instead of 5 months after I finish the course and start working.(Plymouth, 2019-05-20)
