I care about our town and the regeneration of Whitburn starts with its community caring. Whitburn deserves to have facilities, jobs, infrastructure and investment as much as any other town if not even more so be abuse of the loss of industries such as Levis and the pit.

(Edinburgh, 2017-03-10)

#186

It saddens me to see this ugly blemish on Whitburn Main Street, many businesses are striving to improve the 'high street' and encourage people to buy local - it can't be easy with this eyesore as your 'neighbour'. Not forgetting the safety concerns it raises.

(East Whitburn, 2017-03-10)

#188

I stay in whitburn and this derelict site makes the town look rundown

(Whitburn, 2017-03-10)

#190

Many a good night when it was Cheers (after the Labour Club), when Whitburn was a bit more spoiled for choice for night time entertainment...virtually nothing now. If the current owner cannot use the building or plot then they should be forced to sell the property with demolition costs covered by the sale.

(Whitburn, 2017-03-10)

#194

This building is n absolute eyesore and drags the Main Street down. The owner should do more to maintain the building or it should be demolished to make way for an alternative construction
