Neighbors Against Windstream

For many of us around the North Central Florida region we know all to well the horrible service that is provided to us by Windstream.  Everyday we must fill out the same forms over and over, because half way through your internet disconnected.  Many people in our area can not even watch a youtube video unless it is at 144p.  Netflix stops 10-15 times during a movie, and lets not forget the gamers whom are tired of having 150ms+ pings.  Then there are somethings that are more serious.  As a computer technician I had to stop providing remote support due to the sad service we recieve.  Anyone who uses the internet for income is adversly affected by this.

Windstream has had a policy of lies and deceit.  Everytime we call the support line, they tell us it will be fixed in six months, and then a year later nothing has been done.  Many people say just get anothet internet provider, but they do not realize that Windstream has a monopoly in our area when it comes to high speed internet.  There simply aren't any alternative services available.

There are some of us who have been fighting day after day with our internet for the last threee or more years.  This is unacceptable.  Windstream has oversold our area and refuse to upgrade their lines.  They are charging hundreds, if not thousands of people full price for a service that doesnt even perform at 30% much of the time.
