GEPF members who are unhappy about the two pot payment processes.

We as GEPF members feel so disrespected and ill-treated by the office. 

1. 60 days estimated for processing payments is too long.

2. The system is working unfairly picking payments randomly and ending up leaving behind people who applied very early.

3. It's almost impossible to go through to the office telephonically and an automatic email is sent as a response to all emails sent through.

4. GEPE call centre consultants are telling lies about SARS directives not sent back and the payment process done by the system randomly whenever GEPF members are calling to enquire.

Our office needs to do better. We are paying a lot of money to SARS through it.

1. We demand that payments be processed within a week.

2. We demand that first come first serve must apply when payments are made.

4. We demand that the call centre be upgraded so it's a lot easier to Access.

5. We demand honest feedback on the stages of our claims when enquiring.
