I was watching this game yesterday and also doubted about this. The 4 set during the set point of Japan. Thailand didn't allow to substitution because of the the new technology did not work. After that in final set while we tried to do chalenge and also we did not allow with the same reason and Thai coach asked for the explanation about this. I also don't understand that how the technology do (the new tablet for request substition and challenge) and why this referee judge on it more than a human language. This should be clearify. It's not in the fair play anymore.
