Un animal n'est ni un objet , ni une vulgaire marchandise , ni un moyen de se défouler. C'est vraiment honteux l'irrespect total et l'absence de coeur que trop d'individus ont à l'égard de ces trésors d'êtres vivants. C'est une condamnation sans appel qui doit avoir lieu contre ce propriétaire si malveillant et criminel , et à la hauteur de son acte pour permettre qu'à l'avenir d'autres n'aient plus l'idée de commettre une pareil cruauté.

The punishment is extremely less. When there is a life term for killing an innocent man, how come it is only 1 year for killing an innocent dog? It should be at least 10 years of Rigorous Imprisonment.
