#1 complaints ....2025-01-28 15:18Hi Dave, thank you and just to mention that going through their idiotic 'complaints' procedure will normally be requisite to taking a case forward, to my understanding.... You have to exhaust their numbskull complaints procedure, as well as ombudsman, in order to then bring a civil case further.... Just thought that could be relevant. But really whether it's worth wasting your time - probably not. Better to just not use their stupid venue anyway. It's such a mess in there anyway - really grotty.
