We need Vodacom management, to get of their, behinds and start earning their keep, do your job to provide the paying customers with proper service, at this stage, we should not be having dropped calls, or no service, or no data services. wake up or the customers will wake you up.

Vodacom on the 16 May 2011, released their latest financial results, showing a 28% increase in year-on-year profits!!
Their financial results for the year ending March 2011, increasing revenue by 6.4% to R54.052 billion!!, and growing their customer base to 43.5 million. There are only +/- 60M people in S.A, so they must be spending on infrastructure up north,... forget about us.
On top of it all they make more profit by giving us bad service, as, for all the "dropped" calls, they get paid double & triple on the re-calls. One day a friend & I made 6 "dropped" calls between us + eventually had to make a land-line call to have a short conversation in Pmburg .... NOT in the BUSH!! I have had a contract for 10+ yrs. NEVER VODACOM AGAIN!

We have absolutely no vodacom connection in Scottsville PMB KZN South africa.This is unacceptable...this is in a capital city ...not out in the bush
