It is indeed unfortunate that Russians cannot see that The "Bhagwata Gita as it is" can bring about great happiness in the life of people in Russia and elsewhere.

It is gross injustice to ban The "Bhagvad Gita As it Is" in Russia. We should all get together and stop this unholy act. they cannot stop the words of God to reach the millions of struggling souls throughout the world. Please all of you stand up and sign this petition to show the Russian Government that they cannot pass a law banning the Bhagvad Gita As it is.

I dont agree Bhagavad-Gita be banned.

Russia needs to strengthen its secularism. They must understand that this SACRED text has been existing from time immemorial, perhaps before their faith were was even born.

yeah the gita is extremely dangerous. I mean look at what the readers of the Gita have done. They have been nice to people, they have taught a higher meaning of life to others, they have shared the SUPREME and ABSOLUTE TRUTH with others, they have created relationships and happiness in all parts of of the world, they have taught people how to live life properly, they have explained a simple way to go back home back to godhead, they have changed people's lives in an extremely positive way, they have ... oh the list goes on forever

Yeah dangerous, scary, totally extremists. tsk tsk tsk. Even the most foolish man on this earth's surface would realize that the Bhagavad Gita does nothing extremist... ha so what does this say about the prosecution and those supporting it.

For those "professors" who have found the Gita to be extremist, I am ONLY 18 years old and I have not found anything bad / wrong with it, so how the heck can you even think like that. Sure I don't have the experience or the age or the knowledge compared to you guys, but one thing I can do is tell good from bad, a basic human instinct that I personally, and i apologize for this, think you should re learn because you are targeting those who are improving society.

This book is one of best book on how to live various roles of yor life.I don't thinks it contains any extremist views.So ,Please dont ban this book.

When some demoniac people get to make decisions on the holiest scriptures of the world, generations to come suffer. Innocent lives of people get affected and are misled. It is a shame that , we as indians welcome and respect Russians and their culture and try our best to live in harmony, but the Russian Govt has the audacity to behave in such an atrocious fashion. Banning this Holy scripture is the Beginning of the End of the Russian Prosperity.

I love Russia, you know why because i heard that Russians are respecting India its culture and scriptures, now what happened suddenly to them, what will you get from this i cant understand,. by reading Bhagavat-gita As It Is people will become sober,truthful,compassion to other souls and more and more they are developing good quality like this, you want to loose this??? this is so sad for the humanity.

I whole-heartedly protest against this proposed ban.

When the GITA is remarkably showing the humankind do's and do not's...Can't they understand the meaning...Its nothing but their lack of maturity..I think, they should think out of box to understand the golden words of gita....the oldest precious matter.

Ancient Religious scriptures across religions should be accepted and government should show tolerance to all religious peoples beliefs.

It is not harmful in anyway, but rather the knowledge given within the explanations within the book provides useful tools to help get along with every body in the world despite cast, creed, race.
