I feel that it is extremely unfair because no first referees have the right to stop a substitution UNLESS he has blown the whistle to start the play . Furthermore , the referee himself as an official should have taken note that the tablet system could have gone wrong but YET he chooses to turn a blind eye to it and give Japan and advantage. Just because Japan is the host doesn't mean they HAVE to win . Everyone has equal rights to go into the Rio Olympics . What sportsmanship is this when the host does dirty tricks just to qualify ?
