Obviously Kim was behind this, i totaly agree you ordered in good faith and purely based on that, any profit loss for argos should be sacrificed for the benefit of your table and faith.

Minions,

Ignore those Jealous, Zealous, Infidelous bastards who wish they had the grunt to purchase such tables on a massive scale. If Argos can not meet the demands of the many, we should strike at their Trading standards body and let our power be known!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL this is the chance to take when you order price glitch items. It firmly states in Argos' T's&C's that it will not honour pricing error's. They have more than covered their own backs. It's great fun reading all the demanding comments about how people should be getting trheir table and chairs because Argos have taken the money. You do realise it goes into a holding account first, then when the items leave the warehouse, payment is taken by Argos from the holding account. You'll all recieve your money back within 3-5 days which is the normal refund time.

"ordered in good faith"
"took my money"
"misleading"

None of this constitute as "proof" or wrong doing, simply show how they mislead you and i would be happy to shut my trap :D

Big companies are dicks, fact. But stuff like this happens in regards to pricing mistakes, sometimes you win sometimes you lose.

I believe Argos advertised in good faith the price of the dining set which everyone also bought in good faith and paid for. Why then should Argos be allowed to just get away with saying it was an error and no one gets their goods ? This happens quite a lot with them by all accounts and you would think rather than tarnish their own reputation they would honour the purchases and learn from it. Not happy if they don't honour this...

Argos have also taken my money and I now have to wait 5 days for a refund! They were quick enough to take the money they should be quick enough to put it back!
