Stop Aldi, Inc. From Building at Market Street & Marsh Oaks Drive

Having a new Aldi Grocery Store at the corner of Marsh Oaks Drive and Market Street will add approximately 500 additional cars daily utilizing this stop light into the Marsh Oaks Neighborhood. The area is already heavily congested with numerous accidents each month and many more "close calls". There is also concern with the site plan that there will be an entrance and exit very close to the Marsh Oaks Entrance which could cause additional rear end and side impact collisions on Market Street for those home owners entering the neighborhood. The added traffic will also effect fire and rescue being able to enter into the neighborhood in a timely manner. We are asking that Aldi, Inc. consider all these issues that will affect not only the Marsh Oaks Neighborhood, but Mendenhall and Country Haven Neighborhoods that also use the traffic signal.  All three neighborhoods are prepared to shop elsewhere should you build at this site.   By signing below, you are documenting your support to stop Aldi, Inc. from building a grocery store on the South Entrance of Marsh Oaks Drive and Market Street.  Please only one signature per household.
