This is meant to be a bird sanctuary, but, the litter and filth is attracting rodents and other pests that are killing the birds we're meant to be caring for. Also, the filth from the litter, constant defecating by vagrants and sewerage spillage is destroying the ecology and a breeding ground for disease. The fires started by the vagrants then spread to the rest and burn down the homes of the birds we're trying to protect.
