After more than 40 years of study proving that general masks do not protect the user or others from transmitting a virus. That surely nullifies any requirement to wear them. It is clear when looking at the size of a virus and the amount of breath going through and around the mask that they clearly do not work when based on a cost benefit study ( cost also includes mental health and bacterial build up )

Children who have very little chance of being damaged by Covid-19 don't need to wear masks. Wearing masks is unhealthy for the individual wearing it, bad for language development in children and doesn't work for the lip-reading and deaf community.
