Anything to make these raids safer. The amount of cars speeding on Bacon and 27 Ian’s all over NATICK is scary to say the least.

Walnut street is too dangerous. People speed all the time and this is a family neighborhood. Something needs to be done to make sure no one is seriously hurt.

We live right next to this intersection. My oldest son was almost run over SEVERAL TIMES when getting off the Wilson bus. My younger son is terrified of being run over and asked to have his bus stop moved, which we were thankfully able to do. Whatever can be done to make this intersection, and the area next to the park, safer would be great.

I am afraid of bad intersections even when I am in a car. This one is particularly dangerous.

This intersection is dangerous for drivers and pedestrians alike. As a runner, I know there is no good way to navigate it.

This intersection has always been incredibly unsafe. I fully support making this intersection safer for pedestrians and drivers.

This is a terrible 5-way intersection. For pedestrians, bike riders, and drivers. Almost every time I drive in that intersection a car that arrived after I did blows ahead as though it's a game of chicken. It's maddening.

I lived in the walnut hill neighborhood for 5 years and found that a troubling intersection. Now I live on Tucker and have benefitted by safety measures put into place on Forest and High and lighted crosswalks in the center area. I see a new one by the playground on Washington. I think Walnut Hill Has needed this for a long time. All of Natick needs to be safe for pedestrians and this intersection leading right to a playground is not safe.

I personally dislike that stop. I would hate to see an accident involving any pedestrian.

I’m signing because I take my daughter to Walnut Hill several times a week and that intersection frightens me every time. Really scared someone will get killed.

The precarious intersection of Walnut St./Bacon St./and Chestnut St. has become increasingly dangerous w the increased traffic as of late in Natick.
As a long time Natick taxpayer, my husband and I strongly encourage the implementation of a lighted and auditory crosswalk, as well as tactile strips.
These few additions would undoubtedly improve the safety of the intersection for children, as well as the mobility, visual and hearing impaired communities.
Thank you for your consideration.

Living on Bacon St and driving they that intersection daily, I have seen many almost accidents and near misses. I think it would be beneficial and make people more aware.

The geometry of this intersection makes it difficult and unsafe for pedestrians to navigate. It also sees a lot of traffic throughout the day making it a busy intersection.
