#290
Justice demands the TRUTH be exposed. These families have suffered a grave injustice by the failure of the Irish State to uphold their Constitutional right to a hearing in the form of a fresh inquest.Saying that, there are many deaths where the original inquests failed to discharge their duty and determine the facts causing death, either through incompetence, or cover up. The AG, despite the fact that new evidence is now available, will not reopen the Inquest due to the implications should a jury today arrive at a different verdict.
Justice like the victims is dead and buried in this country I am ashamed to say.
