 BACKGROUND - Farmers Network South Africa registered non profit organization of farmers was formed by farmers in different provinces in 2015 to represent farmers in South Africa and network with SADC regions as part of networking.

OBJECTIVES - Education: To source and avail formal education through private accredited partners and government agencies on production,business management,operations, finances etc 

Marketing - To be role player by forming consortiums to market our farmers produce locally /globally through exhibitions, online,direct marketing team and any social media platform 

Access to finance- Source funding opportunities through goverment / private funders ,monitor their progress through well trained youth to create job opportunities 

Vision- Creation of model structure to mobilize cooperatives & private companies towards playing a major role in making the idea of food security a reality

To instil the idea of excellence ,self - reliance and cohesion in all communities 

Mission- Creation of ambling and conducive environment to improve expertise in whatever a person is involve in. Create sustainable social cohesion development and enable communities to produce their own food security and alleviate poverty.

FARMERS CHALLENGES 

.Non existence of full cycle systems to fight the problems

.Lack of consistent support 

.Lack of monitoring and evaluation on daily basis

.Buyers / established market dictate prices irrespective of what farmer has put in

EXECUTION PLAN

. Mobilize co-ops,pty's ,register unregistered,request assistance to relevant government stakeholders

.Grouping the co-ops as their stages i.e primary ,tertiary and secondary

. Efficient use of tractors,implements of government that are already available

. Establish a one hub per regions and provinces 

.Request training for youth to manage farmers/producers on production input ,agro processing and packaging

. FNSA to request training for finance team to assist in proper funds management working hand with service providers appointed

. Team of monitoring and evaluation report back to relevant stake holders and be accountable for their portfolios

THIS PETITION SERVES AS A CONCERN TO OUR FARMING SECTOR AND WE THEREFORE REQUEST ANY FUNDING BY GOVERNMENT AGENCY'S TO OUR MEMBERS SERVICE PROVIDERS WORK WITH FNSA AND WE THEREFORE INFORM THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA NOT TO USE ANY FOREIGN ENTITY TO MANAGE FUNDS ALLOCATED TO US.
