Our vision is to revitalise the Western Springs precinct by developing a dynamic and vibrant super centre that blends sport, culture, and community connection.
Anchored by a boutique community stadium, our multi-purpose entertainment precinct is deliberately designed to cater for sporting and entertainment excellence, whilst acting as a melding point for the entire community to utilise 365 days a year.
Our group is committed to delivering $300m of private capital to fund this development, with zero ratepayer funding required.
It is expected this vision will deliver in excess of $100m per year in net economic benefits to the Auckland economy.
This isn’t approved by the council. Not yet.
But it could be — if enough of us believe it should be.
And that’s where you come in.
The vision is ready. The investment is ready.
