Save Teversal Grange from Demolition!

Ashfield District Council are recommending the demolition of the Teversal Grange.

This building belongs to Ashfield residents under a charitable trust scheme administered by the Council.

The Teversal Grange not only has been an important venue for so many people but the income that comes from it is used to help fund local sports clubs, such as the bowls, cricket and football clubs.

The Council says that there is no future for the building, but more than ten businesses and charities have already expressed an interest in taking over the building.

Please support this petition, calling on Ashfield Council Bosses to think again about their plans and look at all alternative uses to keep the Teversal Grange as a local public asset.
