Save Glenbervie bike jump track

We are trying to save Glenbervie jumps from being demolished by Moonee Valley Council.

The bike track & jumps were proudly built by the youth of the area, who carefully planned out their jumps whilst working within & considering the nature around them.

The jump track has provided a place for the local kids to get fresh air, exercise, connect with nature, & provides an outlet for their mental health & wellbeing, which has been absolutely vital now more than ever. In this time of Covid lockdown , with the rise of teen suicide, depression & loneliness, this bike track has been a saviour for many kids in the area.

We are hoping council overturn their decision to demolish the track, or at least wait until lockdown is over &/or an alternative purpose built track is erected within the local area for the kids to utilise.
