Pre-School In George Bester Street, Norkem Park Ext3

Do you agree to the opening of a pre-school in George Bester Street, Norkem Park Ext3?

As part of the ongoing security initiative in the Van-to-Fan section of Norkem Park Ext3, the community has been almost unanimous in its support of a road closure and patrols by a local security company. 

However, an illegal pre-school has expressed their intention to apply legally to keep the school open, which poses a risk to residents in the street in particular; and to the neighbourhood in general, as a result of the additional traffic and activity resulting from the pre-school.  By nature, a pre-school is also a source of noise with children playing or singing and shouting which will also have a negative effect in a quiet suburb and there is already a pre-school in the neighbourhood.

Your signature on this petition is required to indicate if you're not in favour of the pre-school being allowed to operate.
