Pour le retour de Guy Turcotte en détention
Le 10 novembre 2014 aura lieu une audience devant la cour d'appel pour en appeler de la décision de remettre Guy Turcotte en liberté en attente de son deuxième procès qui aura lien à l'automne 2015.
Un des critères dont devait tenir compte le juge André Vincent pour rendre sa décicion était :
"L'hypothétique libération de Turcotte ne doit pas miner la confiance du public envers le système de justice."
Le juge Vincent ne considérant pas que la décision de permettre à Guy Turcotte de retrouver sa liberté minerait la confiance d’un public BIEN INFORMÉ DES FAITS DE LA CAUSE ET DU DROIT a décidé de remettre Guy Turcotte en liberté le 12 septembre dernier.
