Dear Fellow Neighboring Community: Help Protect the Children Walking to the Vandergrift Park known as the Vandergrift Pool. Speed Limit needs reduced on Holland Street from 25mph to 15mph. The embankment on La Bellevue Road needs cut back 4 feet and graveled with concrete barriers for the walkers to be protected from the traffic. (Kennedy Park in Vandergrift is 15mph).
