No Taxes on Six Nations

The Six Nations of the Grand River Teritory is a Sovereign Nation as expressed by our historical alliance with the British Crown.  On 25 September, 2013 the 55th Elected Band Council, under the authority of the Indian Act, informed us that the Canada Revenue Agency wants taxation at Six Nations.  Our collective belief is that we, of the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory, have tax immunity under the Two Row Wampum and representation by the Confederacy Chiefs Council under the Great Law.  Therefore, my answer to taxation at Six Nations Reserve (#40) is: NO
