SADIQ KHAN CRIME PETITION

The people and supporters of London are asking Parliament to act immediately:

a)  The Mayor of London Sadiq Aman Khan has committed crimes

b)  The Metropolitan Police have refused and cannot investigate this crime because Mayor Khan is effectively their paymaster  

The Fraud Act 2006 sets out different forms of fraud including fraud by false representation, fraud by failing to disclose information, and fraud by abuse of a position of authority.  

In the case of the first count Khan has committed fraud by presenting false information about the Outer London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) knowing such information to be untrue for the purposes of obtaining funds from residents in outer London boroughs which may be used to pay off debts he has created.   

In the case of the second count Khan has failed to disclose information about ULEZ which would have lead to its delay or cancellation for the purposes of obtaining funds from residents in outer London boroughs which may be used to pay off debts he has created.    

In the case of the third count Khan has abused his position of authority to facilitate an otherwise illegal ULEZ scheme whose sole purpose is to obtaining funds from residents in outer London boroughs which may be used to pay off debts he has created.  

As the Metropolitan Police have failed to investigate and therefore now cannot investigate in an unbiased way, we the people of London ask that the Secretary of State for the Home Department and the Secretary of State for Justice to take whatever action that is necessary to ensure Khan is investigated and when evidence is obtained

1.    cause Khan’s arrest

2.   instruct the CPS to prosecute Khan  

In the meantime we ask that you find a way to cancel ULEZ and repay all payments obtained until this matter is settled:
