I propose the government bring back capital punishment.. The way things are heading at the moment does not in any way make us feel safe. It has come to a point in all our lives, that people are getting away with way to much. The justice system IN my opinion, and I'm sure in most of yours is way to lenient. murde, rape are dealt with a slap on the wrist or a few year's in prisons  capital punishment all the way..  These sort of offences leave a huge impact on our community. Stronger and much more severe punishments are needed..and if you think I'm talking through my ass , think again. Been there.

Something needs to be done immediately. I believe capital punishment will deter people from this. It has gone from bad to worse in the last 40 years or so. Please help make a change before it happens to someone you love.
