- Scripts were marked unfairly
- Dr S Nyende-Byakika did not respond to emails
- Dr S Nyende-Byakika refused to give feedback about scopes or test results in person or over email
- Dr S Nyende-Byakika cancelled lectures last minute on numerous occasions
- The practical guides were removed from blackboard before practicals were completed
- Slides were disorganized
- There was very little study material
- Supplementary marks were released after special exams had commenced
