Thailand was not allowed to switch a player at the end of 4 set as ipad did not work. This is the technology problem and thai coach run to tell the referee but he ignore to that this is so called "Cheating"2 . In set 5, 2 free points for Japan cause Thailand leading Japan too much.

#16982: -  All could feel that Japan did give any benefit to the referee that's why he was on Japan side, give 2 free points and against Thailand in any way.
