This is bulls**t. Just look at the name "The Baltic Waffen SS"... "they are not Nazis, they fought against Stalin's bloody regime". How is it possible to fight for something else when you are on the NAZI side?

If those warriors wanted to fight for free Latvia, they should stay as a separate army and fight for their own country, but not against only one side.

They are liars and cowards that were affraid to protect their native Latvia, that's why they are Baltic Waffen SS. If they had a courage at least to try to defend their own country from both:Stalin bloody regime and nazi Germany they could become real heroes from legends, but they choosed to be on a nazi side.
