Proclamation for a Restored Republic

We stand today at a critical juncture in history—one where the essence of liberty, the integrity of our nation, and the preservation of our rights as free individuals are at stake. This proclamation is not merely a declaration; it is a profound affirmation of who we are as a people, of the principles that have guided our nation since its founding, and of the rights endowed upon us by the Creator.

We, the People of the Restored Republic of the United States of America, have made this proclamation because of a grave concern: the abandonment of the foundational principles of law that our nation was built upon. It is clear that the judges, public officials, and courts in this country are no longer held to the same standards of law that apply to us, the People. They have ceased to follow the laws that were once our guiding light—common law, as provided for under our original Constitution of 1787.

The Constitution that was established by our Founding Fathers was one based on the unalienable rights of the People. It was not a document written to empower foreign corporations or legal systems that operate outside the bounds of the sovereign land of the States. Unfortunately, the so-called "Constitution" of 1871, which created a corporate entity known as THE UNITED STATES, has subverted the true principles of our Republic. This 1871 Constitution, imposed upon us, replaced the lawful, organic Constitution with a corporate system designed to serve private interests, not the people.

It is this corporate system and its unlawful imposition of Admiralty or Maritime law upon the land that we reject today. These laws, while legitimate within the limited jurisdiction of federal enclaves and international waters, have no authority on the sovereign land of the States. We recognize that these laws are foreign to our Republic and are nothing more than a system of control designed to enslave the People by disregarding their inherent rights under common law.

The creation of this corporate system in Washington D.C. was never intended to override the will of the People, nor was it meant to govern us in a manner contrary to the principles of liberty and justice. Yet, today, judges and public officials operate under this foreign jurisdiction, enforcing laws that violate the natural rights of every freeborn citizen. By doing so, they betray their oaths to uphold the original Constitution and, in doing so, commit acts of malfeasance and, in many cases, treason against the People they swore to protect.

Therefore, let it be known:

We, the People, are hereby instituting a lawful and peaceful demand for immediate corrective action.

Upon the tendering of no fewer than 250,000 verified signatures of American citizens, we, the People who govern the Republic of the United States of America, do formally demand the removal from office and the permanent barring from public duty of any judge, attorney, or corporate law enforcement officer who has failed to obtain lawful recertification in the common laws of the Republic of the United States of America. Those who have willingly participated in the unlawful enforcement of Admiralty, Maritime, or corporate statutes upon the sovereign land of the States, in contravention of the organic Constitution of 1787, shall be lawfully charged under the appropriate provisions of treason, sedition, misprision of treason, conspiracy against rights, and deprivation of rights under color of law.

If necessary, lawful arrests shall be executed under the authority of constitutional Sheriffs and officers loyal to the People and the true law of the land.

This proclamation is not a request, nor a petition. It is a declaration of our sovereign rights and a withdrawal of consent. We are withdrawing from the corporate governance of THE UNITED STATES, which has long been operating under Admiralty jurisdiction without rightful authority over the land outside of federal territories. We affirm our commitment to the organic Constitution of 1787 and the common law that once upheld the unalienable rights of every citizen.

We, the People, are reclaiming our rightful place as free and sovereign individuals. We are reasserting our allegiance to the laws of nature, which recognize that all men and women are created equal. This proclamation is a call to those who have operated under the false jurisdiction of the corporate UNITED STATES: cease your unlawful enforcement of corporate statutes and codes. Return to your oaths under the original Constitution, where the People—sovereign in their rights—are the true rulers of this land.

The hour is indeed late. Our patience has been tested, and it has run out. We no longer recognize the unlawful authority of these corporate agents who act in violation of our rights. From this moment forward, we withdraw our consent. We revoke the authority that has been exercised over us under the pretense of a system that is neither lawful nor just.

We, the People of the Restored Republic of the United States of America, in accordance with natural law, common law, and the divine mandate of liberty, do now stand firm. We reclaim our lawful standing upon this land, and we assert our rightful place as sovereign individuals.

Consent is withdrawn. Authority is revoked. The People have spoken.

This is our Proclamation.

Now is the time to cast off fear of a tyrannical government and restore America to the true Republic it was meant to be — sign the petition, share it, and stand up, for if we cannot gather 250,000 voices, we forsake the very life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness our nation was founded upon.
