Revisit proposed Harefield Youth Center Plan

As far as I can see there has never been an alternative location for the Youth Centre in Harefield investigated. I thought the government had stated that locals had more of a say in planning applications. This appears not to the be the case here, as it seems to have pre-determined and was going to be located at Ash Grove whatever the residents of the village had to say.
