VC crossed 17parallel to invade SVN caused many painful and suffered to SOUTH VIETNAMESE since 1975. Also China invaded Paracels and part of Spartly islands of South Vietnam . They both must return to South  Vietnam in the laws of lands.

I believe it is the right thing to do. It is supposed to be done on May 1, 1975 . I did not know there is the 7B appendix untill recently. The VNCH dignitaries should have taken action according to the 7B, as i said on the 1st day of May in 1975.
