Dedicate UK August Bank Holiday to Tony Benn

This year a group of Conservative MPs called for the August Bank Holiday to be renamed in honour of late prime minister Margaret Thatcher. This was an idea is abhorrent to many, a reflection of the polarising nature of Margaret Thatcher - and the bid failed http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/no-margaret-thatcher-day-bank-holiday-bid-by-peter-bone-mp-fails-1438424
Conversely Tony Benn is universally respected as a man of conviction who fought with every ounce of his being for those at the bottom of the heap, having topped several polls as the most widely admired politician in the UK (source Wikipedia).
