BAN THE KARAOKE AT THE COLLINGWOOD HOTEL

This petition is directed at the residents who are frequently disturbed by noise from unruly behavior and karaoke sessions at the Collingwood Hotel in Liverpool.

The hotel is in violation of the Liquor Act 2007, which mandates that licensed premises must ensure their operations do not unduly or unreasonably disturb the peace and order of the surrounding neighborhood. Despite numerous complaints from local residents, including new parents, retired individuals, and those who work weekends, the hotel has failed to address these concerns or move karaoke activities indoors, as requested by the community.

The licensee has been previously reminded of this obligation by Liquor & Gaming NSW, yet continues to disregard the law, showing little regard for the impact on nearby residents who are consistently disturbed by the excessive noise.

We urge you to sign this petition to ensure our voices are heard and appropriate action is taken.
