STOP ANNIE'S NOISE

PETITION IN SUPPORT OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL TO PROSECUTE ANNIE’S, TRINITY VILLAGE, KNOPPIESDORING STREET, RANDBURG AND LANDLORD OF SAID PROPERTY FOR KNOWINGLY ALLOWING ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ON THEIR PREMISES. (INCLUDING MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTORS) TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW FOR MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS.

and surrounding areas

demand an IMMEDIATE CESSATION of the noise from ANNIE’S MUSIC BAR & BISTRO, TRINITY VILLAGE, KNOPPIESDORING STREET, RANDBURG.

The disturbance is in direct contravention of legislation.

The Environment Conservation Act 73, Section 8, 9(a), 13(1), 13(2) and 13)(3)

Noise Control Regulations, 1999.

The noise exceeds any definition of ambient noise and is disturbing to all residents.
