We are formulating an action item list of matters that we will be working with the Operations team for review consideration in due course. You would be aware from communications already sent to the membership that we are on top of the issue and have taken ownership.What you may not see and should consider is that there are many strong views on both sides of the discussion, and as a result, all views must be treated equally and considered accordingly.It is important that the membership understands that the Board and the Operations Staff are listening, actioning and supporting.As per Paul Green’s email, there will be a consultative process that will take place and will be replicated for future matters of importance/change.
