CIVIL SOCIETY is not living human beings

Hello all that signed this petition,

Today I have added a picture which shows you evidence that the EU Court of Human Rights claim that civil society is NGO´s and government institutions. None of these selected by DIRECT democratic vote to be our voice in the EU. The living human beings have no influence whatsoever in the EU court for human rights.

UNITED NATIONS IMMUNITY TREATY

Dear Law of Authority signatories,

I added a picture. The first page of the United Nations Immunity treaty. It is quite long and includes many more immunities and privileges that I managed to add as a "taster" for those who need to understand better what this means.

As you can see the Treaty was created in 1946 - BEFORE the universal human rights of 1948 which means that - as long as member nations respect these treaties, living human beings will never be protected by any of the 1948 human rights.

The treaty is just one of many - signed by NATO - EU - IMF - World Bank - BIS - and many more. They are used for themselves and any that work for them and their families. Creating thus a special CLASS of society exempt from national law.

In fact, they are non political - they serve themselves and they serve no nation and no political party.  

These days more modern to call them "independant" which is much misunderstood by the common people as being non political and thus not INFLUENCED by big business. The reality is that those with immunity rule and regulate big business. Big business work for them and not for any nation or political party.

Governments, municipalities, defence, etc. also enjoy immunity - as long as they all work to promote and expand the benefits for this exclusive CLASS - a class that EXCLUDES living human beings. 

I hope some of this information helps you to understand what is going on - and to speak out against laws that criminalize the common people whilst big criminals that harm the living human beings remain untouched by the laws they create - as holy as any god - as long as we allow them to enjoy the immunity and privileges, which they granted to themselves.

EVIDENCE united nations already declared that war is a crime at Jus Cogens level

Dear everyone that has signed this petition,

I have added an additional picture to the petitition that provides the name of the law that makes war a crime.

UNITED NATIONS HAS AGREED AT JUS COGENS LEVEL THAT WAR IS PROHIBITED
THE SETTLEMENT OF ALL DISPUTES OR CONFLICTS SHALL ONLY EVER BE SOUGHT BY PACIFIC MEANS.

All wars and conflicts using violent means are therefore in conflict with this JUS COGENS principle.

One can also conclude that:

- war and military measures are prohibited methods of seeking peace

- the production of weapons of war of any kind whatsoever are a breach of this JUS COGENS law and show intentions to breach this Jus Cogens law !

When Jus Cogens law is obeyed - that is - that WAR IS A CRIME and disputes may only ever be settled with pacific means - then the problem with REFUGEES AND MIGRANTS will be solved. All we need is for authorities - to obey the law. We cannot achieve this as long as they GRANT THEMSELVES IMMUNITY.

Significant changes / væsentlige ændringer.

Jeg har lavet væsentlige ændringer i MyndighedsLov i dag.

1. Fjernet krav om CPR nummer
2. Tilføjet bemærkning at KRIG er allerede forbudt på Jus Cogens niveau
3. Tilføjet billeder som bedre viser oversigt af hensigter
4. Fjernet alt om harmoni og natur da det for nemt kan misforstås.
5. Understreget at der er tale om DIREKTE demokratisk valg hvilke hidtil er ikke muligt i danmark hvis man for eksempel vil fjerne en korrupt politiker.
6. Tilføjet at der også skal være gennemsigthed for almindelige lov.
7. Tilføjet opfordring til at støtte økonomisk (betal til payPal lesley@pc.dk til nævne "MyndighedsLov") og, at disse beløb vil anvendes til at promovere underskrifts indsamlingen
8. Tilføjet at ville offentliggøre til EU Parlament og FN hvis der er 1 mio underskrifter
